I would like to share some feedback…
I would like to share some feedback following a frustrating shopping experience at thansen.
I was initially given the wrong parts, even though I specifically asked your staff to check that the parts I had ordered were correct. When the brake discs were about to be replaced, it turned out they were the wrong size. I therefore had to drive back to Elverum, 40 km each way, to exchange them.
The Elverum store did not have the parts I needed, but I was told that Hamar had the Bosch parts. I asked for these to be reserved. I was also told that Hamar did not have the cheaper brake pads, even though your website showed them as being in stock. When I arrived in Hamar, they did indeed have them, despite the staff in Elverum insisting otherwise. When customers know your stock availability better than your own staff, there is clearly room for improvement.
Having to return to Elverum and then travel to Hamar resulted in a lot of unnecessary driving back and forth that afternoon. It took approximately an hour and a half to get everything sorted out.
Within less than three hours, I dealt with two different employees in Elverum, and both provided incorrect information or made mistakes. As a customer, I expect parts and stock availability to be checked properly, especially when I specifically ask for this.
Thankfully, I finally got what I needed in Hamar, and I would like to praise the staff there for their professional and helpful service. However, I found stock availability at both stores disappointing.
I hope you will follow up on this so that other customers can avoid a similar experience.

Our number plate search is a helpful tool, but compatibility should always be verified before purchasing parts. Stock availability can also change, and occasional discrepancies may occur.

There were several delays of the delivery
There were several delays of the delivery reported by the SMS-link. I ordered date 201026 order no. 116501365 / customer no. 550060694.
The first scheduled delivery was stated to 221026.
Then I got delays: 231026, 241026, 261026, 271026, 281026. Finally, I got a message 261026 that the goods was ready for pick-up in the shop at Strømmen 261026, and I got all the ordered parts delivered.
