I must give 1 star. They charge extra for company deliveries, but they do not deliver to private adress ( company adress ), and you losse the right to complain because its a company. They customer service is bad, so if you end up in a situation like this, you will not receive your goods and they will not care. Just not ethically correct.

I always get good customer service, only downside has been long shipping times due to the main warehouse being in Denmark.

NEVER BUY DISCOUNT PRODUCTS THERE

Proshop advertises products at very attractive prices, but after you place the order and pay, they immediately start sending delay emails. I waited for several weeks while they kept postponing delivery without any real solution.

The worst part came when I finally called customer service. They basically admitted they could no longer provide the product for the discounted price I originally bought it for, and instead suggested buying it again at a much higher price — even above the average price in other stores.

This feels extremely misleading and like a bait-and-switch tactic. Selling products they apparently cannot deliver at the advertised price is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Good prices, fast order processing and delivery.

Aweful customer Support, sending a default phone back to them (broken after normal use) and was told it was not a warranty issue. Was billed 550 nok (50 eur) for return shipment. They take no accountability and are not at all accomodating to customer needs.

Everything is great.
But usually delivery in other companies are for free if you spend like a minimum of 1000nok, but here still you need to pay for it.

Fast, reliable, one article had an error, warranty exchange already on its way. 👍

My order was well packed, and sent VERY quickly. I could track it every step as they gave me tracking numbers.
Price wise, it was good, and I could find what I wanted at Proshop, when I couldn't find it anywhere else. Nice, easy transaction. A++

The store sells out-of-stock products. I ordered Resident Evil Reqium Deluxe Edition PS5. The game was supposed to ship on March 2, 2026. The store moved the shipment to March 24, 2026. If I had known, I would have ordered from a different store. I do not recommend it!

Butikken selger utsolgte produkter. Jeg bestilte Resident Evil Reqium Deluxe Edition PS5. Spillet skulle sendes 2. mars 2026. Butikken flyttet leveringen til 24. mars 2026. Hvis jeg hadde visst det, ville jeg ha bestilt fra en annen butikk. Jeg anbefaler det ikke!
