When selected to be delivered in an automated postnord box, happened 2 times the the orders where moved from the chosen automated box to another one far away. Because of this reason I started to choose only physical non automated ones.
It might be also shortage of staff in the month of july.
Customer shouldn't be affected

I bought a headset from proshop but when the package arrived it was a different headset. When I was going to return the package I saw that I never got an order number. I sent in an email where I asked to get it and after a few weeks I finally got the order number. But when I was going to return the package it said that it could not be returned anymore. So I called customer service and they said that they would send me a new email where I could return the package with a link. I never got that email. I then sent in a new email where I asked for a new link where I could return the package. After a few more weeks I got the link and got the same message that I could not return the package. I called again a few weeks later and was told that there was nothing they could do anymore since it had been three weeks since they sent the link to return the package.

The delivery was fast, product is as per description and it was well-packed.

I ordered here many times. Delivery is fast and 100% trusted. I want to order here again in the future. Thanks

It was an open box product. Wasn’t sealed, had the protection film removed and a single DP plug removed

I bought a vacuum cleaner robot at Proshop.no, and we never made it to work. For almost 2 years I tried to stablish contact through email and never got a reply. Now I have a faulty equipment with no use. Terrible customer support, actually nonexistent customer support. Please, do not buy with them.

PROSHOP had several relevant products to choose from, and all at a reasonable price. The WEB-site was easy to use and contained information and details that made it simple to choose the best product.

Product was available and was delivered quickly. I now have the floor cleaner I wanted — and that other stores did not carry. Zero complaints about this transaction.

After some research, we decided to switch from HP Instant Ink due to service instability, printer lockouts, and high costs for extra prints. HP support was also very time-consuming.

We found EPSON’s ink tank printers to be a much better value. Proshop.no had them in stock, ordering was smooth, and the new printers were up and running in two days. Best of all, the print quality is much better.

I was used for ProShop to not be a particularly fast shop compared to say Komplett, but I was very surprised to receive the order just a few days after I placed it (there was a weekend in between).

So pleasantly surprised :)
