I had a problem with one of the items in my delivery, lady at customer service Anna dealt with it with minimum fuss and got issue resolved satisfactory.

Standard template response which does not relate to some of the points already provided. Such as, this fault is occurring 4-5 weeks after purchase, l wont have kept the proof of purchase this long. The product is not weather proof, the colour is running and l sent pictures of proof, how would your customer service in store be able to confirm this when l attend with the product?

The five stars are for the response to my query - 'why had I received a refund when I had not received the items.'
I was offered a full explanation and compensation. I feel I can confidently order from you again.
I think the problem was between dispatch and delivery service. This might need to be reviewed.

Good and friendly communication - although my orders were not received via email, I was able to find them after logging into my account.

I went in to make an exchange and Paula was very helpful at the till. She was very kind in helping me find the jacket i had bought earlier that day in a different size. I realky want to revignise the associate Paula at the tottenham hale tkmaxx. Exceptional work

Polite and very friendly

Manager Jo must be fairly new decides to mark down something faulty father than simply taking a sensible 10percent off they review the pieces, divide it by the original price and reduce by pence. Don't waste my time guys you make enough. Unfortunately Basildon TKMaxx needs a manager that understands business and helps reducing queue times, rather than holding everyone up. I would only recommend this TKMaxx when it is better managed, at present avoid.

An email at weekend was very welcome to reassure me the rest of order will come separately and not to be concerned about items missing in first delivery. Sets my mind at rest.

I'm afraid I got mixed up with my various gift vouchers.
Lauren was extremely helpful and checked the gift voucher codes I had, several times.
Her response was very quick and enabled me to have the correct vouchers.

Absolutely terrible i bought wireless headphones but doesnt charge so i got an exchange same problem do not buy there headphones not even worth £1

We had a visit the other day to Trinity Street Bolton branch and came across a problem then a gentlemen named Riaz from the loss prevention team came and went out of his way above and beyond to help us that day, and we just like to mention that he is very special in every way, thank you yours sincerely Mr and Mrs Beames

I had an issue with a faulty item, and though I didn't have the receipt I wanted to report it in case a recall was needed. I was helped by Carina, who was extremely efficient and polite, and even though I hadn't requested a refund she was able to find the transaction with a bit of information from me on the date and time of purchase and she made sure I got a refund for the faulty product! I am very impressed with the customer service, and can recommend them to anyone if an issue arises with a purchase. 10/10

I spoke to Rebecca who went beyond the call of duty. She was very helpful and empathetic. She contacted ParcelForce on my behalf and made a complaint due to their poor service. She then emailed me to update me on what happening. I really appreciate her kindness. TK maxx you did well. People like Rebecca make all the difference! She deserves a pay rise.

Was served by sia who was proffecional, friendly, excellent customer service she packed my items very proffecional and carefully in the bags and she greeted everyone with warm and welcoming smile

Isabelle in customer service was very helpful and agreed to refund my money on the smashed pot that was delivered.
I was upset that the pot was smashed as I was looking forward to planting my winter bulbs in it.

A woman named Dianne helped me and my friend when we were trying on clothes she was so lovely and a joy to talked to! As well as a good spirit really lovely conversation and even helped us at the end with a treasure card honestly nice most attractive person there I think! This was the store in Nuneaton!

Tk Maxx, customer services were lovely. They sorted my issue the same day, without and stress. What a lovely bunch.

Catherine was polite, friendly, listened carefully, and was appreciative of feedback. We chatted for a while and I was given a voucher to thank me for my time.
