Review of InPost UK
The note I left on the front door clearly said "There are people in, please knock loudly and repeatedly until they answer" NOT "Open my door and let yourself in why don't you". Incidentally, the aforementioned people heard the door being opened, but didn't hear any knocking, so i think that says it all.

Edit: LOVE Checkatrade's response, using them was absolutely fine and I've added a star. However, after writing what I wrote, Trust Pilot then asked me to review leaving my review of a review! 🤣

Totally get where you’re coming from, it can feel a bit much!
When we ask for feedback after a review, it’s not about rating your rating, it’s more about how you felt about the whole Checkatrade experience. Was it easy to find the right person? Did everything go smoothly? That kind of thing.

Fantastic engineer, easy to arrange, great CSA.
Unfortunately, problem only remained fixed for a week. The part needs replacing and the engineer didn't have one on him.
