A Must Have
These supplements work. They just do. We have a 14 year old female AKC certified apricot cockapoo: 20 lbs. She could barely move in the mornings and could not stand on her own. We did our research and came to Wuffes. We have seen an incredible improvement in her mobility, her energy level and her overall happiness level. Even neighbors notice a difference. Since we became Wuffes users, we have referred two new clients to Wuffes because we love it so much. Our pup cannot live a good quality senior life without these supplements. Thank you

My dog will not eat these
My dog will not eat these. She does not like the taste. I have tried everything to get her to take them. When I contacted customer service regarding the 90-day guarantee, I was told that the guarantee was only if I tried it for 90 consecutive days and it didn't cover the cost if your dog doesn't like the taste. BULLSHIT!!!! That is not a guarantee. How am i suppose to know if my dog will like the taste? I rec'd a refund of $16.xx when i spent $56.xx. How is that supposed to make me feel better? You should stand behind your product and refund the $. I was even willing to return the unused/unopened product, but was told you can't accept product once it's been opened/unpacked. The jars are sealed, so why not accept your product back? I am assuming (maybe my fault) that you know that some dogs don't like the taste of your product, so that is why the 90-day guarantee doesn't cover that. Again, total BULLSHIT!!!! Do better. You say you are a USA based company, so act like it. Take care of your customers and refund for the 90-day "guarantee". Or, don't call it a "guarantee" at all. Just sell the product and quit telling people there is a 90-day guarantee. I am hoping this reaches the right person in the company and you make it right. I would even be satisfied with a refund for 2 full jars (again, I will return the unopened containers to you). I intend to blast social media with negative reviews for this product if this isn't fixed. Offering me a measly refund is not the answer. DO BETTER!!!!!

Proactive vs. Reactive
I read a lot about your product before I decided to put my now 7 year old female Belgian Mallenois. She is a Rescue and I decided to be proactive rather than reactive and started her on the Wuffes before she turned 7. Stellaluna is incredibly fast and agile and I want to see her stay that way for as long as possible! She is amazing to watch!!! Thanks for such a great product!

My 14 year old border collie miracle!
My 14 year old border collie, Chance, was hit by a truck 2 years ago, breaking both his hips.After he recovered, his hind legs were weak, so I decided not to take him on runs any more.
Then we got Wuffes, and after a few weeks I noticed he was getting stronger! Little by little, he became my running partner, again! Thank you, Wuffes!

The autoship is inaccurate and slow
The autoship is inaccurate and slow. My dog has been without chews for four days. The package hasn't moved five days and all the website says is "check back in 24 hours." Make sure you set your autoship date at least two weeks before you will run out- I've never received my replacements before my current order was gone.

I wanted to take a moment to share a positive experience with WUFFES. I know many emails may focus on complaints or product concerns, but I am writing to thank you for creating such an amazing Hip & Joint supplement.
My 16-year-old dog, Milo, had begun walking stiffly, and we were worried that he would have to live with increasing discomfort as he got older. After looking online at many different options, I came across WUFFES, and I am so grateful that I did. It has truly been a game changer for Milo.

Our Golden Retriever is 11 and 1/2…
Our Golden Retriever is 11 and 1/2 years old and was really slowing down. We started with Wuffies two months ago. The improvement was amazing. He runs and plays like a much younger dog. His senses are even improved. Thank you so much for an amazing product.

I like the product. I would say that one thing you could improve upon is make it easier to navigate purchasing the product. I ended up being on a regularly scheduled refill, and didn't realize it. A shipment arrived, and of course, credit card charged. I get that you want to have reoccurring customers, and we get a discount for doing so. However, make it option to do a pay-as-you go. By offering that, you will get more customers and retain them for years to come. Thank you.

Happy dog, happy heart. Wuffles has been a game changer!
My almost 15-year-old, 60-pound Australian Shepherd/Border Collie has been so much more active since starting Wuffles nearly a year ago. Within a few months, he was jumping up to greet me again—something he hadn’t done in a long time. Now my 3-year-old Mini Bernedoodle loves it too!
