Your product is exceptional compared to that that I previously purchased in a pet store. Have been using it on a regular basis. Was in the hospital ant that long ago came home to grumpy fur babies, the 2 youngest ones constantly fighting. Took me a couple of days to realize the bottles were empty. Replaced them and once again peace and quiet reign. Thank you Therapet

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! The product didnt work, my puppy passed away then they try to say I signed up for the 4 pack when I didnt sign up to any extra purchases. When contacted, I was told they shouldntv charged me for 4 but will partially refund me 40%, and now that I have told them I want a full refund as I never signed up to a subscription, they have ghosted me. No replies at all. Do not reccommend they are aweful to deal with.

I have 4 adult cats that lived in separate buildings. A male and female in home and a male and female in my husband man cave. Situation change and a move. All four cats in home. I was worried, bought 3 of the calming diffusers and placed around the house. Haven't had any issues with the cats. One male is 10 and the other is 2. Same with females. I believe in these.
I ordered one for dogs to see if it works the same when my Granddog comes to visit. Thank you for your product!

Hello my name is Danyel Championand I have 2 big dogs and 1 small dog. And for a long time my small dog has been peeing in the house on pads that we laid on the floor and dnt let start on the barking at everything that moves inside and outside so I starting looking into what every I could to stop all that and not cost a arm or leg. My vet said go in tik tok and youtube and look up TherapetMD, I watch tthe videos and i was unsure at frist but what do I have to lose and order the plugins, I just got them yesterday (11/04/2026) and plug 2 in at 10 am hoping for the best. I have to say they do work my small dog has not had a accident in the house all night and for the first time in 2 years i did not have to clean up in the morning, and this morning 1 of my big dogs did not jump on my when I first get up he just seat at the door waitng on my. So I want to thank you and I will be sharing this with all my pet lovers.

i ordered my dog's flea and tick meds from TherapetMD and the prescription got approved and shipped way quicker than I expected. price was better than my vet's too so I'll be back.

At first I doubt if it really works... I bought a pack and tried it for 3 months... I noticed that my little pup's barking get less and she is more relax. I can recomend it to anyone to try and see the behaviour of your beloved pet change.

This product didn’t do anything for my pets. Seemed to make things worse.

I am so looking forward to receiving this product and using it. Both my cat and dog have anxiety issues, especially when they see each other. I’m really looking forward to having a successful resolution to these issues.

Customer Service worked with me on a acceptable refund amount. However they were slow on response from initial email.

I ordered for my 2cats about 2 weeks ago and I have just received the product. I am anxious to get the product set up and have my cats benefit from the calming effect. We live on a busy street with loud cars and motorcycles and the cats get very nervous. Today I shared this product with my sister for her 2bulldogs. They also live on a busy street with loud noises. They get real nervous and bark a lot, so we are hoping that the “girls” will be able to calm down. I placed an order for the bulldogs tonight. My sister and I are very excited to get our animals started on this product!

We have four cats in a small home. Two of them don’t get along unless we use these Therapet diffusers. They work!

I love the therapet diffusers and so today I ordered them for my daughter to try. They made a big difference with my dogs in my house and I hope they work for my daughter and her dogs cause she has 1 that wont stop peeing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Therapy MD. I was enrolled in a subscription without realizing it. Recurring charges should be clearly explained before a customer agrees to them.

I emailed requesting a refund, but my emails have gone unanswered and I have not received my money back. The unexpected subscription and lack of customer service have left me upset and frustrated.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Very great product. My shepherd and cat have decreased stress and anxiety moving into our new house. I highly recommend and will be a lifetime customer. Also great customer service, with quick response times. Thank you!

I had previously ordered the Therapet Difuser and it didn't work for my cats. I never subscribed to them because I wanted to try out the product first to see if the plug in worked. It didn't do anything to help the situation with my cats. They sent me another order, which I never subscribed to. I emailed them and explained that I never subscribed. Upon checking my information, they refunded my money back to my credit card.

I bought TheraPet for my small dog to stop indoor marking but it didn’t work at all. He actually peed on the wall underneath it. Then a year later I bought one again for my BF’s German Sheppard who gets anxious when we leave and chews. Again, didn’t do anything. He grabbed it out of the wall and chewed into pieces.

I'd give no stars if it was an option,avoid these scammers!!!
Purchased on the 12th Oct was told 7 days....nothing ,no tracking,no real emails just a barage of spam,asked for money back then got ignored for the next 5 emails ended up getting an indemnity payment from my bank

I bought several cat stress diffusers, and noticed a really funky, chemical burning smell after plugging it in that didn’t go away at all even after days of use. It was to the point where my husband thought something was wrong or food was rotting, and I was getting headaches. We noticed no change in the cat.

When I took my cat in to the vet to discuss her stress and anxiety, my vet made me aware that Therapet is not a valid source for these products and it is very unnatural and concerning that we were noticing a smell at all and advised to discontinue immediately. Looks like I just threw a lot of money away, but these products seem scary and unsafe after our experience and that conversation. It’s been challenging to cleanse that unnatural stink out of our rooms since discontinuing.

0/10 would not recommend. Vet recommends Feliway if anything and says you should never smell a diffuser at all- it’s intended for the pets who can smell it, but people should never be able to.

I absolutely LOVE TheraPet diffusers, and would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their dog messing in the house. I have also noticed that fireworks (and other super loud noises) don’t bother him like they once did. No noise or noxious smells with these, either. Definitely try it out; you won’t regret it!!
