Cecille, Marinella, and Joseph were the greatest small team in helping me with my order yesterday 11/4.. They couldn’t have been more helpful to me. Their response to my request was absolutely superb and so efficient. They were so concerned with my tiny puppy’s needs, and after discussing the weight and size of Zeb, we decided to cancel my order and they issued me a full refund.. their knowledge of your product is so important to people like myself that needed help. I called FurLife on Monday to inform them that I never received my product in which they said should’ve been sent to me on October 29. I sent out an email. Julia got back in touch with me right away. She asked me a couple questions about the item. I explained to her that I never received it. She said say less, Miss Hatcher I’ll be sending you another one out. I’m so sorry that you didn’t receive it and I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. I just wanna thank Julia because I really needed that item for my puppy because he’s been scratching and I swear by it because I had one when he was about eight weeks and it worked so well on him that I ordered another one and she took care of me. Julia took care of me and I’m grateful she is the epitome of amazing Customer Service and I thank you for looking out for me… Hats off to Julia. 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Great service and communication. Excellent product. I had purchased before and I find that this product works great and especially it’s all natural.

I just have to tell you, last week my golden retriever took off running for 2 hours, had never done that before, came back covered in ticks. I spent hours picking them off him, if I got 1 I got 100!! I periodically checked him for the next few days, it seems any I left behind were dead on him due to his collar I was so worried he'd have issues, but all is good, thanks to your product!!

I run a dog rescue called Indiana GSD and Siberian Husky Rescue we are a non profit rescue that deals in alot a dogs that we save from high kill shelters and or abandoned animals. We have been doingbthis over 20 years and always used the normal flea and tick preventive but as we grew and researched the products we realized that all those products out there could and do harm our pets. So we tried furlife 2 years ago and not once have we seen a flea or tick at our rescue and now know our pets are safe from harmful chemicals. This is the best product we have found and use for all the animals we save to find forever homes for.

Hi friends! Juat a note about Furlife! I love their flea and tick devices!!! We are campers who go swimming at the lake and I’ll tell you these furlife pendants have kept all the bugs off my furbabies! We have a rowdy dutch shepherd and a great dane who tries to keep up!! They don’t have any trouble running in tall grasses or in wooded areas! We've only seen two ticks and they were at our home near a barnyard of animals! This is our third time/year wearing these fabulous pendants. I highly recommend them!!

We battled fleas really badly for a year, and it wasn’t until I tried Furlife that we finally were rid of them. The customer service is amazing, and my dogs are happy and flea free. Thank you for offering a non-toxic way to keep them comfortable.

This product works perfectly and safe for my 4 year old Cocker Spaniel. I just saved over $400 dollars for a year worth of flea and tick medication. Huge savings and it works.

I would love to comment on how well Julia went above and beyond normal customer service people normally do. An error happened in my delivery and after I initially reached out in an email she took it upon herself to recontact me and make it right. I am very impressed and would highly recommend this company.
