I accidentally made a double order
I accidentally made a double order, when I realized it I called to stop the order and get my money back. The sales person on the other end didn't want to give me my money back but said they would give me $58.00 and some change back and I would get two full orders. There is suppose to be three bags of the dental powder and a bag of treats which my dog doesn't like. The total price per order was $117.00 I will not do business with them again. I think you should be able to cancel and order that has not already been sent and get your money back with no haggling!!!!.

I put it off for years due to being on fb, thought it was a gimmick. I tried so many things & finally went for the try as my GS Zoey could barley get up anymore at 7 yrs old & had developed bad seizures. I couldn't believe it! First dose she jumped right up out of her bed & was more mobile & active than I've seen her in so long! Kick myself for not trying sooner, but was absolutely amazed! I have worked in dog kennels & rescue for yrs & now for an animal hospital. When I see or hear clients or anyone with the same situation or struggling I recommend your product to them. It has helped my Zoey, a rescued gs named Ginger I've kept in contact with & recommended it for & a client thats dog had problems my Zoey has with seizures & mobility fr dysplasia & anoyher plder gs that comes in frequently, but not anymore now. Zoey & I are so very grateful to have this help in our lives & will continue adding freedom joint drops to her daily routine, as it works, is super easy & well with it! However, be aware of scams out there claiming to be the product fr other sites. I got scammed so now I only order direct fr the original site.

K9 Immune purchase through PupLabs LLC
I recently ordered K9 Immune for my two dogs, who are starting to develop fatty growths again. I had seen a video on Facebook and quickly placed an order, hoping the product might help reduce or eliminate them.
When I mentioned my purchase to my partner, he reminded me that the ingredients were similar to those in a product our dogs had previously taken that caused them to experience bloody stools. Naturally, I became concerned and decided it was best not to take any chances.
PupLab LLC had called and left a message to confirm my order. I returned their call and explained that I needed to cancel. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Robbie.
Robbie was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, understanding, compassionate, and immediately took care of my cancellation and processed a full refund. What really stood out was how genuinely concerned he was about my dogs and their previous experience with certain ingredients.
Although I wasn't able to try the product, I can honestly say that the customer service I received was exceptional.

I've followed the prescribed…
I've followed the prescribed measurements and directions in attempt to regain my dog's mobility and see some, but minimal improvements especially in climbing stairs. The product may be right for other dogs but I have to remember that she's 18 years and 5 months old, and though she's been on this regimen for only a month it may take longer to see more improvement in her mobility. Give it a shot, for your dog's benefit. I did, for her sake.

My 3 rescue dogs love both products
Started my 3 rescue dogs on the ProDental powder about a week or so ago. My little guy, Jack, had horrible breath and I know that's not a good thing for his dental future. Already his and Daisie's breath is good! My 3rd dog is a midsize and her teeth and breath are always good.
Also started the Natures Blend about 3 weeks ago and all 3 of my rescues love it. I put it on top of their regular food as a topper. Watching for improvements in their activity levels as they are all seniors now. I love these 3, they are my family, and I want them with me as long as possible and in good health.

I bought 3 packs of their dental powder…
I bought 3 packs of their dental powder for $117 under the promise that I had a "180 day money back guarantee. No risk, no pressure! Six full months to try it out! If you're not thrilled, just email or call customer service and we'll help you with a full refund with no hassle!" Well, I had hassle after hassle, after hassle!!! First off, my dog would not eat her food with the powder on it. I tried for over a month with no results, so I decided to return the two unopened packs to Pup Labs. They gave me limitless "run around" handing me over to service agent after service agent for nearly a month. There were 16 communications sent back and forth between us, until finally they gave in and agreed to refund the money for the 2 unopened packs I sent back (tracked and insured as they requested). They refused to refund the 3rd pack because I had opened it. There was no way that I could have tried the dental powder without opening it in the first place. So much for their money back guarantee. My month-long battle got me a refund of the 2 unopened packets less the return shipping charges.

My dog is still biting and chewing on…her body
My dog is still biting and chewing on herself. She's a Toy Poodle and I've gotten rid of any fleas she had. It has helped her use the bathroom more often which I do love. I would like to know what to get for dry skin for Poodle's. They have hair instead of fur so it's harder to keep her skin from drying out. Dr Randy has the best things for pet's and she's 11 almost 12 and I love my baby.

A happy Gracie Girl!
I am two months in to my subscriptions of K9 Immune Support and ProDenta Dog Dental Powder for my 12 year old mix, Gracie. I can attest to her increased energy level as well as her obvious improvement in breath. I am hoping the K9 Immune Support will help reduce or eliminate some of the fatty tissue (bumps) that aging dogs tend to get. I have noticed a softening on one of the areas on her chest and look forward to improvement on her little body. I am pleased with the product and have a regular monthy subscription.
