I ordered my meals on August 10th and they still have not been delivered.

I had a problem with Federal Express not delivering the meals on time. I spoke to Raquel in the customer service department she was most help full in getting out a new order to us. Since the original order was finally delivered almost 2 weeks later completely defrosted and the dinners a soggy mess. Raquel took care to make sure we got our delivery very grateful for all her help.

The meals were not as expected. Although there seemed to be a reasonable amount of food per meal, the flavors were not good at all. All instructions for storage and reheating were explicitly followed. The food tasted old, processed, in some cases swimming in sauce, or excessively dry. The family got indigestion and I trashed the rest!! This was definitely not the convenient chef-home-cooking I expected from you advertisement. And, definitely was not worth the price. What a disappointment.

Food is delicious, arrives safely and well-packed. Portions could be a little bigger and a little more gravy or sauce would be nice.

The food isn't good quality and doesn't taste good.

The meals are pretty much as described, and deliveries are pretty much as promised.

Meals continue to arrive Thawed & Wet. Paper covers of meals are dissolving. _Inside top of Box is warm with only two bags of melted dry-ice. Bottom is "maybe" refrigerator cool.. how is one to know about their safety ? Food remains Delicious *Which is why 2-Stars instead of 1

the food just didn't taste that good, in addition it looked extremely unappealing

Some meals are very good but more veggies are needed and lower salt mg. It gets expensive having to supplement with salad, etc and would buy more meals if the salt was dialed down to under 800 mg. You can do this with other seasonings. Would be nice to have fewer potatoes and some other carb option. Some of us cannot eat potatoes. Some portions are a little too small.

The food is very enjoyable.

The meals were completely warm like they never had any dry eyes in the box!!!

Great food, great portions. I was surprised by the quality. The only problem: the sodium level could be a little lower.

Frozen meals delivered on-time, still frozen, during a heat wave, although the dry ice was gone by the time they arrived.
Limited selection for those on a low-sodium diet, particularly for those who hate mashed sweet potatoes. We liked Top Chef better when it was possible to swap out the side dishes, but they're still a good company.

I used to buy from you several years ago. You had an extensive selection which you still have. BUT, you also would let customers replace potatoes or a vegetable with another. You've eliminated this policy. Also, my husband dislikes mashed squash and rice which eliminates many of you dishes from my selection. The portions sizes are about the same size which in most cases is plenty for us.

We've only eaten the meals a couple times since they arrived and can only say they are okay -- not exceptional as they used to be. We may look at you selections again and try more but still it's limited with not being able to change squash and rice in the meals.

DELIVERY and PACKAGING: HORRIBLE. You used to delivery in those Styrofoam cartons which were light weight and kept the items frozen. I could barely get the huge cardboard box pulled from my porch into the house it was so heavy. The packing and whatever used in the box didn't keep the dinners 100% frozen like your former packaging. The dry ice was mostly melted and quite a few of the dinners were cool but not frozen like before.

As I mentioned above I may 'try' one more order; but, I as a former customer can say your company isn't the same as it used to be. I would have (personally) preferred is your changes were due the high cost of production paying more for the dinners versus these changes you have made. If per chance this company was sold and the new owners changed the menu, at least from this former customer it was a mistake.

Taste of meals should be improved. Meals should be slightly larger.

The last two orders were late or not delivered, first order was about 4 days late and was thawed when received. The next was returned to Top Chef by the carrier, They did make this one right and we received it fresh a week later. I was told they would credit me for the problem..,.but have not seen the credit. The food is Top notch when received properly and I like that it's not a subscription plan.

I ordered on June 25. Meals were to arrive on June 30. Instead they arrived July u9th.

I am hoping I can update my order before the next shipment.
