Dry ice was completely gone by the time it was delivered. I’ve eaten 2 of the salmon and didn’t get sick. I put them in freezer as soon as I unpacked them. Was not impressed. Kim

The seafood is delish and the company provides recipes for those of us who are novices in seafood prep. It always arrives thoroughly frozen on plenty of dry ice, too, so there is never a question about safety.
