Well I must say I was a bit dubious about whether this perfume would really work. I received it today and put some on and when my husband came in he said I smell really lovely and is that a perfume that's supposed to attract men and jokingly said is there a mans one. It truly works and I am not remotely exaggerating. You have to try it, whilst writing this review he said again gosh I smell so good

I received the wrong scent. I emailed the company and received a reply immediately. I sent a picture of the packaging slip and the incorrect scent. They have already processed the correct scent ordered. I have tried two of the scents I have ordered, and I am pleased with the overall scents. I can be sensitive to smells, and the two “Cashmere Court and Are you Vanilla” have not bothered me.

I appreciated the help i received from Gareth today! It's one thing to be professional and another to be helpful and today I got help and I thought an honest review is the least I could do. After the postal service made a real hash of it. I got hold of customer service at Thomas carter ( Gareth) and their reply as well as the solution was rapid with an express service and I was afforded a discount on my next purchase, Talk about bearing responsibility while not being responsible. Great job!

On July 14 I ordered a 100ml Rouge Avenue. My order was confirmed by email. On July 21 a message showed up on the same email saying “this order has been cancelled”. I never cancelled it and the money came out of my account on July 14. I have been asking for clarification by email and on the site, but to no avail. I wanted very much to become a Thomson Carter regular customer, but they seem to want otherwise. A pity indeed!

Love the fragrances! Had an issue with a missing item during my latest order and Sameer fixed the issue immediately and had the replacement item enroute the next day. I'd give Thomson Carter and their customer service 10 stars if possible and smell great doing it!
