My parcel was lost in the mail the first time but the email response time was very quick, and it was re-ordered quickly thank you to Adam on the team who also gave me a discount code for my next purchase due to the delay!

99% of them smell exactly the same. I get complements all day every day about how good I smell. Live this site. 10/10.

This is the first time ordering from this company… 144 inspired by la vie est belle and 88 inspired by good girl, I’m very impressed they are great dupes and last all day. I will be purchasing again.

1 missing aftershave, emailed and had a response from Rizwan.
Hour later I had confirmation the missing item was being dispatched.
Amazing service and amazing scents

Essence Vault couriers lost my delivery, after 5 days chasing the courier company to no avail, I decided to contact Essence Vault even though it was not their fault. Within 24 hours Rizwan had sorted out a replacement order to be sent out to me !. Excellent customer service amd communication from start to finish by Rizwan. Mistakes (lost parcels) can happen, but the way they reacted and rectified it so quickly was a credit to the company.

This is my 3rd order with Essence Vault and certainly wont be the last !

First time buyer and I'm not disappointed, the fragrances I chose were lovely and lasted all day.

Absolutely love it even friends and family at my daughters 18th party loved the smell and were asking me wat it was and why I bought it and the bar staff also asked as it smells gorgeous and everyone going to the bar was wearing it cos I had it in my bag and was spraying it on everyone honestly I will buy again and I'm sure my friends and family are also buying it and my daughters friend said the next day I can still smell your mums perfume on mee 🥰

I ordered 444 (inspired by Tom Ford Lost Cherry) totally blind based off the positive reviews, and knowing I'm not about to drop £285 on the real deal.
Smells fab, bit disappointed. Doesn't last forever, usually top it up at lunch but it's a big bottle and it's cheap so no Biggie. Packaging is a bit lack lustre but would prefer that if it keeps the price point low.
I've recommended to family who have ordered and will be looking for some stuff for my other half. I'll still buy the "proper stuff" and keep it for good occasions but this keeps pricing low if you just want to smell damn good on the daily.

Bought the 444 Lost Cherry 30ml & 100ml along with the Wax Melts....LUSH! Really really happy with my purchases & the smell is insane.

Had ordered 3 popular fragrances one being lost cherry. 🍒 all smell very nice, strong and definitely worth the money no matter what you buy. It’s definitely worth that little bit extra if you buy 3, plus you get discount on first order which is great what should’ve cost me £50 I got for nearly half price with discount.
