Horrible horrible customer service
Horrible horrible customer service. They don't actually read anything you say. I ordered a refurbished rugged powerbank, but upon arrival it didn't work. I tried to file for return, but both the app and the website kept giving an error when I tried to upload my claim. I tried emailing the support team, and provided screen videos to prove I was getting errors, but every reply I got was not a full response. They finally told me they filed my claim for me, and that the returns department would get back to me. I never heard anything, and when I contacted them again they said the claim was closed because I didn't respond to the returns department. I let them know the returns department never emailed me, but they just kept sending mails back that don't acknowledge my issues or provide any answers, making me feel like a crazy person. I'm never ever ordering anything here again.
Edit after seeing their first response: wow, they just continue their nonsense right here on trustpilot. Once again: I was not able to file my return in the app/website because I kept getting errors, so no I cannot follow the path to 'view return status'!!
Edit after seeing their second, updated response: seems like now I'm finally being heard and my return is going to be processed!

Ordered a home cinema projector as price was good. It had my country flag on the home page. Next thing I see is $155 freight but thought ok with insurance its not crazy expensive. Then it took 4 weeks as I am told its coming from overseas. Then hit with $330 import costs and the plug supplied is for the wrong country.
Would have been much cheaper and faster buying from Ebay or other local store. Tried to give a review on their site but did not allow me as my order feedback must have worried them.
Bad experience and certainly not good prices.

Also I keep being directed towards making contact via the on-line form available in MY ACCOUNT. This does not exist (app or website). The phone number basically tells me all agents are busy.
All I want to know is why a Braun mixer (item 149853722) costs just £7.99 to deliver via Royal Mail.
The next model up (item 150433375) which is practically identical costs £2230.99 to deliver via Dachser. This is madness! This has to be a mistake in your system.
I am sure when things follow the "happy path" everything is just fine. I hate to think what it is like to deal with this company after they've taken money. This company seems to have severe operating issues.

Don't waste your money
Update: a week after they cancelled my order, the money is not yet back in my account. This is a scheme that charges your card when you order and clings on to your money for months.
Honestly, don't bother wasting your money. The chances you will have a decent experience are slim. I placed my order for a toothbrush on Oct 9, it was supposed to be mailed to me by October 15 and arrive by Oct 21. It's Oct 20 and it has not even arrived at their deposit and they cannot tell me if or when it will arrive even though they have promptly charged my card on October 9. I paid by credit card and will contest the transaction on October 22 if the product has not arrived. Simple as that. I intendt to report them to the UK Ombudsman for unfair trading practices.

The company is legitimate but
The company is legitimate. My first package was delayed but eventually delivered (nearly 6 weeks waiting time). However I recently ordered a very large amount of items from Techinn and the status of those items have just been changed from "ready for shipment" to "in transit to our dispatch centre". Which leads me to believe they had my items in stock but sold them to someone else and now I have to wait for more of that item to be in stock. Sorry to complain I just wish to honestly forewarn people before they spend here.
