I like this app and the fact that I am doing this shopping anyway and taking a bit off my mortgage is a bonus. I feel the app is easy to use and ive recommended it to my family and friends

I highly recommend Sprive. It’s such a simple way to save money towards your mortgage. Every little bit helps, and I love how easy it is to use.

Amazing app.
Been using it for just over a year now nd weve had just over £300 back off the mortgage.
I have became a bit obsessed with it.
The Anywhere card is great but some places dont accept it online so i sometimes feel its a gamble to get it if im buying soley for 1 shop but if loading it for general use its again great and simple to sort.

Absolute scam. The actual FAFF it takes to even create a payment card, and then you're stuck - you can't add it to waller, you can barely use it as it locks you out every five seconds and if you ask for someone to help you, you either get 'chat - oh no, you can't actually chat', try email. Then you try anything and they go 'oh no I can't do that'. AN HOUR - for something that is meant to be without faff, without having to think twice - it will only create issues for you, do not even bother.
I first saw Sprive on Dragons Den and I liked the founders idea and his ethos. I immediately downloaded the app and I am thrilled with the control it gives me and the ability to overpay on my mortgage. I love the app and the freedom it gives me to get my mortgage paid off sooner by spending money I was always going to spend anyway! Absolutely GENIUS. Thanks Sprive.

A great positive impact can be felt and seen on our mortgage thanks to this app. It is a shame that the cashback doesn't quite match other providers (Blue Light comes to mind). Customer service is good, though required a lot of challenging to get the issue around the virtual card (which has usage restrictions) to be refunded. Overall a great experience with this young company.

Great way to save on your mortgage. Saving approx £20 a month

Great app that everyone should be on. Money towards your mortgage for buying vouchers for things like food shops which you are buying anyways is a brilliant idea. Highly recommend

I’ve never overpaid my mortgage until I got this app-it’s easy to use and the small amounts stack up! With a weekly food shop, buying uniform essentials and just usual items, we are racking up approx. £20 rewards a month. Using the autosave function alongside this feels like it really makes a difference. I have recommended to family and friends.
The only criticism I have (it may be in development) is the app can not calculate/link two users paying off the same mortgage. Not an issue for us but if you were close to your overpayment threshold you would need to be mindful.

Very pleased with our savings so far. Easy to use! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent concept. Love seeing the pennies turn into pounds to send across to pay off my mortgage faster. The money racks up pretty quick too

So pleased my mortgage lender is now available. I have wanted to sign up since I first saw it on Dragon's Den.
It is very quick and simple to buy/top up gift cards and there's a decent choice of retailers.
I like that I can set up additional payments using auto save. If I wanted to overpay my mortgage direct to my lender I would have to phone up. This is much quicker and easier.

Bought a £500 Anywhere card and no one is accepting it. It gets rejected everywhere I try to use it. I have tried 7 providers!!?
I’ve emailed them over and over and they are completely ignoring me, leaving me £500 out of pocket and refusing a refund. Absolute scam of a product and zero customer service. Avoid!

Super easy to use and good variety of stores available.

I love this app. Tried recommending to a few people but people feel it’s too good to be true and in some cases it is but not this as it genuinely is good. Love making the over payments, I make me over payments through the app too to see how much is paid per month. I do my weekly food shop and getting roughly £3 per week to go on mortgage and clothing for kids etc. I always check the love deals to see if there’s better interest and love checking the loan to value as that is where the higher interest sits. All round brilliant. I always check the T&Cs on new vouchers before purchasing incase it’s only allowed in store etc. been using for 3 years and so far I’ve paid £900 on mortgage. If you’re thinking of doing it, just do it as it costs nothings

I love it, especially as how high interest rates are currently I am a single mum anything that helps. I have been using this since the end of May 26. It’s easy a few hick ups like if you use your voucher at the pay as u go till but then top up it won’t accept that voucher again in that same transaction, so I make sure I have enough money on there now.
I have shared with all my friends
I saw this on dragons den and was so pleased 3 dragons invested

Very easy to use and helpful. Makes far more sense to use than a standard cashback card

You can't argue with the basics - you're getting cashback to pay off your mortgage sooner. Awesome. it's far from perfect though.
Good stuff
1). If you buy online and the company is supported for online payments (some are in-store only - make sure you check) - it's easy enough. Select the amount and wait a minute for your bank to authorise, then type in the code as a gift card. Simple. The cashback will appear almost immediately in the app and you can send it immediately to your linked mortgage. That bit is brilliant.
2) Some gift cards are in-store only. The first time you use it, you'll think. "I'll wait at the till until I know the exact amount, then select it and then pay". Don't. It takes ages. The signal isn't good enough in a number of stores and you'll be stood there holding everyone up like a lemon whilst your Sprive app gives you the spinning circle of death. Then your bank app will fail to authorise. Just select more than you need in advance - it's much easier but less exact.
3. Some cards are reloadable - some aren't. Be good if most were.
4) You can use a cashback site, and then use Sprive on top of that to get a larger cashback benefit.
Bad stuff:
4.The app layout is a disaster, Whoever designed it is clearly blind or a gamer. Make it simpler and easier and more people will use it.
5) When you first log in, the app takes a while to find your way around. Assuming you have a decent banking or car app - you'll think it's a bit of a nightmare to begin with. Secondly - the 'Anywhere' gift card is a pain in the arse. It never loads properly - and constantly asks you to verify and then gets stuck in a verification loop. Avoid it
