I joined Spocket based on claims of fast store creation, genuine European suppliers, and high-converting winning products. Unfortunately, none of this was true. The European supplier selection is extremely weak and irrelevant, the paid "Winning Products" add-on offers no real value, and the store builder claims are completely exaggerated. Very disappointed with this platform.

My experience with Spocket has been absolutely unacceptable.
I cancelled my subscription and contacted Spocket about it through their customer support chat. Despite this, they charged my credit card **more than €200 for an account/service I was no longer using**.
What makes the situation even more concerning is that **the chat history in which I had contacted them about the cancellation later disappeared**, so I can no longer access that conversation from my account.
Since discovering the charge, I have contacted Spocket repeatedly. Instead of actually resolving the issue, I keep receiving variations of the same answer: *“we have forwarded the matter to our finance team”* or that the case is being reviewed. Then nothing happens.
They even asked whether the connected Shopify store was still active. It wasn't. The store was no longer being operated and I received no benefit whatsoever from this subscription.
I have explicitly requested:
* a full refund of the €200+ charge,
* permanent cancellation/closure of the subscription/account,
* confirmation that there will be no further charges.
Instead of simply resolving the matter, Spocket continues to delay it.
At this point I have disputed the charge with my credit card provider and I am documenting the entire case.
Based on my personal experience, **I strongly recommend being extremely careful before giving Spocket your credit card details.** Check your statements, keep screenshots of every cancellation and every support conversation, and do not assume that contacting support means the issue has actually been resolved.
I will update this review if Spocket finally refunds the money and closes the matter properly.

I tried a 14-day trial with Spocket back in 2025 (whichI dont even remember) and never actively used or authorized a paid subscription. One full year later, in July 2026, my credit card was suddenly charged $99.99 USD without any prior notice, authorization, or confirmation email.
When I contacted customer support (Edrielle) to explain the situation and request a cancellation and refund, I was met with a canned response citing their strict "no-refund policy".
Charging a card an entire year after a trial period without warning is unacceptable. I have opened a formal dispute/chargeback with American Express. Be very careful if you sign up for a trial here—they will keep your billing information and charge you long after you've forgotten about them.
This is scary that they can actually withdraw anytime.

They offered and promised me a 50% refund on my last subscription payment, saying it would take 10 to 15 days for the money to reach my card because “that’s how long banks take.” I’ve never in my life heard of a bank transfer taking 15 days — even an AliExpress package with slow shipping would arrive faster. Despite my doubts, I waited. Almost 2 months later, I still haven’t received even 1% of the agreed 50%.
I’ve contacted support countless times, and they keep sending the same copy-paste replies, promising to resolve the issue as if they were unaware it’s all just lies and empty promises.
The platform itself is completely useless: catalog products with absurd prices and a very limited selection — not even Walmart could make a profit buying at those prices to resell.
Please, stay away from sites like this, and be very careful where you enter your debit card details.
P.S. I will share my experience everywhere so people know exactly how this company operates. Dishonest businesses deserve nothing less.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Spocket, both with the service itself and with the cancellation and billing process.
One thing I found particularly unfair from a business-practice point of view is that you essentially have to pay before you can properly assess whether the product catalogue is actually useful for your business.
Once I had access, I found the catalogue quite limited. There were many products I was looking for that I simply couldn’t find.
I also found a lot of the product pricing extremely high compared with sourcing the same or very similar products directly through platforms like Alibaba. I completely understand that Spocket needs to make a margin for offering a more convenient service, but in my experience the difference was often so large that it simply didn’t make commercial sense to use the platform.
That’s ultimately why I never properly used the service beyond initially testing it with a Shopify store that was never launched.
Despite barely using the account, I continued being charged around €90 per month from April onwards.
The cancellation experience then made things significantly worse. I originally signed up using Google, and when I previously tried to cancel, I was asked for a password I don’t remember ever creating.
When I contacted support on August 9, I repeatedly asked for the subscription to be cancelled and for confirmation that this had been done. Hours later, I still had no confirmation, despite asking several times.
During the same conversation, I was also told that my refunds had been “processed and approved.” When I asked how many months would be refunded, I was then told this had been a misunderstanding and that the case had not actually been reviewed yet.
The latest €90 payment had only been taken around two days before I contacted them.
I then formally asked Spocket to refund the charges from April onwards, or at the absolute minimum the most recent €90 payment.
They refused to refund me anything.
Not one month. Not even the most recent charge.
I understand that subscription businesses have terms and renewal policies, but I think there’s a big difference between having terms and treating customers fairly when there has been virtually no usage, clear cancellation difficulty, and a very recent renewal.
For me, the combination of the limited catalogue, high product pricing, cancellation friction, confusing support communication and complete refusal to refund even the latest charge makes this a service I personally would not recommend.
I’ll update this review if Spocket decides to resolve the situation differently.

SPOCKET is such a SCAM!!! They say they give 7 days of trial period but charge your credit card before the trial period is over, and after they don't reimburse your money no matter how many times you claim it back. SPOKET IS A UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY with very, very dishonest billing practices. They actually stole 58.99 USD from my credit card, for a month of subscription, even though I cancelled my trial period just before it was over. Also, they have horrible products at very expensive prices, so be aware and don't fall in the trap of this SCAMMERS if you do not wish to get robbed!! :(

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!
I trusted Spocket to build my Shopify business. Instead, I dealt with supplier failures, order issues, and constant problems that severely damaged my business. The consequences were devastating. My store eventually lost the ability to process payments through PayPal, my Google account was affected, and I ultimately had to shut my business down after investing countless hours and a significant amount of money. After everything that happened, I cancelled my subscription and completely removed Spocket from my store. I wanted nothing more to do with this company. Then I discovered that I had been charged again for the last two months. I immediately contacted support, explained the situation, and requested a refund. Despite sending emails, I have been met with complete ignorance. No resolution. No accountability. No respect for a customer whose business was already ruined because of them. At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of. A company that continues taking money while ignoring refund requests after a cancelled subscription is impossible for me to trust. It has been one of the most expensive mistakes I've made as a business owner. The only reason I put one star is because there is no less!! Dont make the same mistake and stay away from these scammers!!!

dropshiptool and spocket are fraudulent services, they charged me 1000€ over the span of 5 months. i realized too late and had to immediately go to the police to report credit card fraud and had to completely freeze my credit card. after cancelling subscriptions they will keep on charging you regardless, whoever runs this scam knows exactly what they’re doing. these scammers deserve to get arrested and put behind bars forever.

I would not recommend doing business with this company.
First, they do not appear to comply with EU VAT regulations. Despite both businesses being located within the EU, they continue issuing invoices without VAT, which creates unnecessary tax complications.
Second, I have still not received my payouts. It has now been over two months, and every inquiry is met with another excuse instead of a resolution.
Third, once you join their platform, you lose control over your product content. Even after removing your products from Spocket, the listings often remain on stores they were previously pushed to. As a result, your product photos and descriptions continue to be used without your permission, while you have no practical way to remove them.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform. I strongly advise merchants to research carefully before installing it or uploading their products.

Absolute tragedy and one big refund scam
Do not trust this company at any costs. I was dumb enough to not look at trustpilot prior to going ahead with a FREE trial. They're clearly botting reviews on trustpilot. No company can maintain such high rating with this many people concerned.
I've tried asking for a refund to which I was provided a wrong signup date (they claim I've signed up in 2025, I haven't even known about Spocket until 2026 of july), and they portrayed it as grounds for a non-refund policy.
I've signed up for 3 days, for a free trial, didn't receive any email or was notified that I'm signing up for a huge monthly subscription. Only way to get your money back is actually calling up your bank and asking to file a chargeback with them.
Again, do not trust this company and if you're planning to sue them - please do.

Scammers, Fell into their free-trial-subscription trap, they also denied my refund stating that "Spocket strictly adheres to a no-refund policy for subscription renewals and lapsed trials", had to dispute this charge through my bank.

Scam of a company! Tried to cancel within the 7 day trial period and they still took money out of my account. Refund has been refused multiple times with the only resolution “a free month” after fraudulently taking money out of my account

Spocket is a SCAM! Unexpectedly charged over $100 after logging into my old account. I never intentionally reactivated my subscription, never received an invoice or confirmation email, and support has completely ignored my emails. Extremely disappointing customer service.

After I posted my review yesterday, another attempt was made to charge my account for $950 USD. Fortunately, I had already transferred all of the funds out of that account as a precaution, so the payment was declined.
This latest incident has only increased my concerns. I have since come across several other reviews from people describing experiences that are very similar to mine. What I find difficult to understand is how this company continues to maintain such a high overall rating here, as that does not reflect my experience or the experiences I have read from others.
Based on what has happened to me, I believe this company deserves closer scrutiny. My experience has been deeply concerning, and I hope the appropriate authorities look into these complaints so that other customers do not face the same issues

I am updating my review because Spocket’s public response here does not match their actual behavior behind the scenes.
After Eleanor replied to me here on Trustpilot, stating that they would be "happy to take another look at my case," I contacted their internal support. However, another representative named ***** (and previously *****) flatly refused to help.
Worse than refusing a refund for a service that was never used, and never linked to any store, Spocket is now continuously attempting to charge my credit card multiple times a day!
Even though they claimed my account was "canceled to prevent future charges," my bank statements show non-stop, daily billing retry attempts. This is completely unacceptable and crosses the line into harassment.
Eleanor, or whoever is managing senior complaints: please coordinate with your support team, live up to your public response, stop trying to charge my card, and issue the refund for the unused trial lapse.

Spocket advertised a 2 week trial (honored only 1 week) and through a glitch their support team could not explain, created TWO accounts for me using the same email. I unsubscribed from the free trial on the only account I knew about, but they charged us for 3 months on the duplicate account that we had no access to. They have refused to refund us, and always dodge our inquiries into how this could even happen. Avoid and just use another service.
Update:
We were told by Spocket that they sometimes create duplicate accounts on the same email if you sign in differently, such as with a "Continue with email" vs a manual entry of your information. Be prepared to pay twice or unsubscribe twice. That feels either criminal or grossly negligent website design.

Do not use them. They will charge you indefinitely and there is no way to cancel on their website. I will have to fight them a lot with legal help so it will cost you more if you ever start. Their support service will do anything not to pay you back and their website will only prompt for you to buy subscription, not to be able to cancel.

I signed up for Spocket to evaluate the platform during the free trial period while researching dropshipping solutions. I never launched a store, processed any orders, imported products, or generated any sales through the platform.
Unfortunately, I was later charged approximately USD 230 in subscription fees. My main issue is not the existence of the trial itself, but the fact that I was unable to find a clear and visible self-service option to cancel the subscription or remove my payment method from the account.
When I contacted support, they confirmed there was no store activity and eventually canceled the account. However, despite explaining that the platform was never actively used, my refund request was denied multiple times based solely on their no-refund policy.
What disappointed me most was that my concerns about the subscription management experience were never directly addressed. I repeatedly asked why users cannot easily manage cancellations and payment methods on their own, but received template responses focused only on company policy.
My recommendation to new users: if you start a trial, make sure you understand exactly how cancellation works and monitor your billing closely.
