I am extremely frustrated with Spocket's deceptive business practices. They charged my card $99 and $2 without any prior notification or renewal reminder. I have not used their service at all, yet they jumped straight to charging my account the moment the trial ended. They rejected and ignored my continued refund request.
The worst part? Their platform is designed to trap your billing information. When I tried to remove my credit card to prevent further unauthorized charges, the system blocked me with a constant error: "Unable to delete credit card." It is clear they intentionally make it impossible to opt-out.
This is predatory behavior and a total lack of transparency. I demand a full refund and the immediate removal of my personal financial data from their system.

I had a very bad experience with Spocket.
I tried to cancel my subscription, but their system does NOT allow me to cancel the plan or remove my card. Instead, they added a “free extension” without my consent and reserved money from my bank account.
This feels like a trap. I cannot stop the subscription and they are still trying to charge me.
I have contacted support and I am now escalating this with my bank and consumer protection authorities.
Be very careful before using this platform.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
Do not trust them at all!! They give zero accountability, they only send you spam email and nothing that actually matters. No email confirmations of the trial period, no notifications of the trial ending, subscription renewal is chosen without your consent as the most expensive one that they have. Have contacted the support team many times just to get some braindead AI slop responses. Managed to get through to someone and they said that they will give me a partial refund, said they will do it within 24-48h and still nothing after 3 months!! Raised a dispute through my bank, hope to get a full refund for a service that I haven't used.
It's been awhile since I've unsubscribed from their mailing and they still keep sending me spam emails!! Also, they do not have any proper legit company information when you try to search them online.

Charged without any notification after free trial.
I never used the service, no store connected, no products imported. No renewal notice, no invoice. When I requested a refund immediately via support mail, they refused! On top, they cancelled my account while keeping my money. Never never again!!

Spocket automatically charged my account without my consent. I immediately contacted their support team to request a refund, and I have been following up for several weeks.
After weeks of waiting, I received a response from Eleanor (Sr. Customer Support) simply stating that they have a "strict no-refund policy" and cannot process my refund. No explanation, no effort to resolve the issue — just a copy-paste response pointing me to their Terms & Conditions.
I then sent a follow-up email clearly stating my intent to file a chargeback if the issue was not resolved. It has now been over 2 days with absolutely no response.
To summarize my experience:
- Charged automatically without clear authorization
- Contacted support multiple times over several weeks
- Received a generic rejection citing their no-refund policy
- Final follow-up email completely ignored
- No real effort to help or resolve the issue
I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank. I would strongly advise anyone considering Spocket to be extremely careful with your payment information. Once they have it, getting your money back is nearly impossible through their support.
Save yourself the stress — look elsewhere.

Scammers and fraudulents company.
They will charge you without giving or providing a service. Also do not make a trial or anything else they will charge you even if you cancel. This are all scams and they don't want to refund, unless you use their services.

I paid Spocket $400+ for the annual plan, then the app was delisted from the Shopify App Store a couple weeks later. I contacted support and they refused to issue a refund or provide any information regarding whether or not the app would be available again. Then they removed all contact information from their app so you can't even get in touch with them for any reason. I had to cancel a bunch of orders and now I have to close my Shopify store down because it looks like Spocket doesn't exist anymore. This platform is clearly a scam, and unless you want to lose a bunch of money like I did, I recommend you don't send them any payments.

Scammers free trial is a lie
They mentioned 15 days free trials then they charged me on day 7 and they refused to give me a refund
Also they cancelled my subscription on day 8 and still didn’t give me a refund and won’t give a refund
I recommend everyone call their bank to dispute, they’re scammers and misleading

THIEF AND SCAMMER ALERT!!!! They charged me 2 times in a space of 3 days. First they claim my account being insufficiently funded and then BOOM, 3 days later ANOTHER full amount is charged again. I haven't had my store connected yet and 0 orders. I am running from GODDAMN SPOCKET and I advise you to run too and not walk away from them. They are hiding behind their no-refund policy but I have still not gotten a decent explantion why I was charged twice. Run for your lives and do not make the mistake of registering with them. You can't just steal people's hard earned money. If there was a -10 score to give, that's what I would GIVE. They do not even deserve 1 star!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service on the net. They are a scam outfit, they manipulate subscriptions auto renews with no communication. Customer support is the rudest; however, it seems they are all AI replies. AVOID at all costs.

I suscribed for a full year to do dropshipping through Shopify. I pushed about 25 products to my store when suddenly the product wouldn’t sync anymore…. Opening the app on shopify led to a broken link…. Contacted support and the vague explanation was there were “some issues” with the connectivity and the team is working on it…. Three weeks later, still the same issue. I asked for a refund since I can not use it at Shopify. I was offered a free month suscription. Seriously? How much of a joke is this. Stay away if you use Shopify or never pay a full year. Update: I contacted support, got an offer for a 20%refund, then after a few days and a lot of arguing a 50% refund. Still a joke for a service not provided…..

This was one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. The sign-up process failed multiple times across different credit cards before finally going through. Over the next six months, I was charged three different amounts each month. When I tried to cancel, the company repeatedly claimed I didn’t have an account. After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they suddenly acknowledged the account, deleted prior communications, denied the charges despite clear credit card records, and refused a refund. They later claimed I had never contacted them, even though I had email proof showing otherwise.
Edit: Their "email us" below will not resolve anything. I emailed what is listed in the reply, and both JD and Mark made me send statements, emails, and additional proof for months. Then would say they did not have records that matched. Sending me in circles. Telling me that the accounts were not active. I finally had to ask my credit cards to block them. This was from May 2025 to July 2025. Before opening a complaint with BBB, they also refused to resolve it there. Dishonest company.
What they charged me I did not authorise: $269.95
May 19: $29.99
May 20: $59.99
June 2: $59.99
June 19: $59.99
June 20: $59.99

I was officially promised a 100% refund on January 5 with a stated processing time of 10–15 banking days.
Today is February 20 — more than one month later — and I still have not received my money.
What makes this worse is the lack of proper follow-up and communication despite multiple messages from my side.
Delays can happen, but exceeding the promised timeframe by this much without clear updates is unacceptable. I hope the team resolves this urgently and improves their refund process and customer support.

Avoid it if you are a serious seller.
My experience with Spocket has been financially damaging and extremely unprofessional.
Customer service was very poor. I was passed from one operator to another and forced to repeat the same issues multiple times. For months I was told “the support team is checking,” but nothing was properly resolved. Many of my emails about undelivered orders and refund requests were simply ignored. The support email became completely useless.
I placed orders that were never delivered by suppliers, and refunds were delayed or not processed properly. I lost hundreds of dollars because of this. In the end, I had to report the situation in hopes of recovering some of the money that was never refunded.
Another major issue was suppliers advertised as having US warehouses, while fulfillment behavior suggested otherwise, with shipping and reliability more consistent with China-based handling. This is misleading and creates serious problems for sellers who depend on accurate warehouse information.
Between ignored emails, undelivered orders, delayed refunds, and misleading supplier information, the service proved unreliable and unprofessional.
I do not recommend Spocket to anyone

WARNING: This company uses illegal "dark pattern" tactics to trap you into unwanted charges.
1. NO CANCELLATION BUTTON: In the account's "Membership" section, there is NO "Cancel Plan" or "Cancel Subscription" button. They only show options to "Upgrade" or "Switch to Annual". This is a direct violation of FTC rules and Visa/Mastercard regulations.
2. CANNOT DELETE YOUR CARD: In the "Payment Information" section, the "Delete Card" button is BROKEN and does not work. They intentionally hold your payment details hostage to continue charging you.
3. AUTOMATIC CHARGES WITHOUT CONSENT: After a trial, they automatically charge your card ($39.99, then $34.15) without any explicit confirmation from you.
4. REFUSES REFUNDS: When confronted, they hide behind their "strict no-refund policy" (Section 6 of their Terms). However, their own policy is VOID because they violate payment network rules by not providing a cancellation method.
5. SUPPORT IGNORES THE CORE ISSUE: Support agents (like "Joe") repeatedly ask irrelevant questions about Shopify stores to delay and avoid addressing their illegal interface.
CONCLUSION: Spocket is a fraudulent operation designed to make it impossible to leave. They ignore consumer protection laws and payment system regulations.
ADVICE: If you value your money and data security, STAY AWAY. If you already signed up, immediately block your card with your bank and file a chargeback dispute.
I demand the immediate deletion of my account and all my personal/payment data from their systems.

They're scammers, they steal money from your account without warning. They took $115 from me without asking when I signed up for the trial. Don't go there.
