Good morning, I gave you a five star rating because the process was quick and easy. The representatives were able to assist with any last minute details and move the loan forward and were a pleasure to work with. The only issue I would have is the paying a fee to lower the rate and adding the fee back on the loan. Sometimes people need help and I appreciate your service and your still making over $10,000 on a three year loan, and with all the people you are helping sometimes it’s a better option to lower a person’s interest rate and actually help them , because let’s face it , they can use every penny. Other than that, thank you . 🙏 ( you don’t have to explain the fee process to me, you have helped thousands of people, I’m just saying , your doing very well) 🇺🇸$

SoFi is one of my go to banks. Professional and efficient customer service. I’ve had temporary issues with authorized access before but SoFi reviewed and resolved the issue with urgency. Even reimbursed back to me what was stolen from my account and created me a new account and issued me a new debit card. Sofi is honestly a great bank overall , I can’t complain about its practices or policies. I actually feel valued as a customer at SoFi.

I understand verifying your identity but every time I try to use the app and it wants to use my camera, I have the permissions set to allow it and I keep getting the try again message round and round. I want to update my bank information and it is a huge issue. This is the Only card I have ever had so much trouble getting this done. I was scammed and had to close my old account. All my other cards were no problem getting this information updated. .

Was pre approved for a personal loan with their online website and when I applied with my 820 credit score they denied me after putting hard ding on my credit report. Nothing but scam.

Please do not give your info to this outfit. I inquired, decided against (went to a local bank for a better rate)- they have sold my info to everyone under the sun. I am not getting 5-10 calls a day from people trying to sell me a loan. It jams up my voice mail. stay away!

The SOFI company at this has been very professional and thorough. The app is easy to use and has been a useful tool for payments and future investments.

I saw an ad for 3.8% APY if you open an account and set up a qualifying direct deposit. After opening the account, I saw that my APY was only 0.8%. I contacted the company and they informed me that I had to set up direct deposit before it would raise to 3.8%. In the same conversation and before I gave them any money, I attempted to confirm that I would be getting 3.8% for the life of the account. I was told that they had no intention of honoring their word and that the APY would drop to 3.1% after 6 months. They lied in their advertising and they did not provide any viable solution. They said if I wanted a higher APY, that I would have to pay $10/mo for a premium account. These people are frauds and fakes and they should be completely ashamed of themselves. Their own reputation and their history even shows that. 2,241 complaints in the last 3 years. I’m dumping SoFi and you should too

I thought they were fine for an online bank until I had an issue - AI bots and once you actually get a person they are handling multiple issues at the same time

Great service and pretty fast funding for obtaining a decent amount for a personal loan. No prepayment - no funding fee, decent terms and very good customer service!!

The application process was easy. The loan funded very fast. I was surprised how quickly I was able to get the funds.

I just had the worse experience with sofi. Been bragging on them, referring them, but I decided to try the robo invest so I gave it the 50$ to see how it goes. A few days later I check it and it has a -40$ in there telling me I had 10$ that decline so that had to tax me 30$ and I literally witness the 10$ leaving my account going into robo they won't even accept the 10 if it wasn't even in my account. I'm glad I was just trying this bank out before I really put my real money in it. Called customer service 3 times. They apologize then added the money back say they show no records cause it didn't show records of it on my end either now this morning they took it out again saying the same damn thing! I'm done with sofi and taking my money out and closing account rite now!
