Every month I send the same about from the same bank to Happening Bank. It takes forever to be posted in my account? Happening Bank is still in the in year 2001!

These people desperately want to be a bank. They even changed their name to sound more like a bank. Problem is, they have no clue how a real bank operates. The female robot who answers the phone can't even authenticate a caller properly.
A real bank has Zelle. A real bank has overdraft protection. A real bank doesn't charge three months interest when a CD is closed early. A real bank allows Bill Pay from a savings account. A real bank does not freeze a joint account when one depositor dies then force the other owner to jump through hoops like a trained poodle to get it unfrozen. I've spent more than 50 hours, most of them on hold, trying to convince these clowns to do what is right and professional. So far I've uploaded my photo ID five times, sent 10 email messages, made two trips to the post office, waited two weeks for somebody to open an envelope, and filed two complaints with the Comptroller of the Treasury, A month after her death, I'm still waiting to get access to her/my savings account that was illegally frozen, so her estate can pay some overdue bills. It hasn't happened yet, but maybe tomorrow.
When this is finally resolved, I will close all six of my accounts and put these imposters in the rear view mirror. No savings rate is worth the stress and frustration of dealing with incompetents.

Update: I called the number in their response below. It drops into the same call queue as their main number where people wait 10-40 minutes to speak with agents in a foreign country. So, it is clear that they really aren't interested in helping me. I can't run away from this fake bank fast enough.

My experience with Happen Bank was very easy . The task was very simple and Happen Bank made everything easy to manage and understand . The loan came into my account fast and the payment to my debtors was very fast . I was definitely looking for a loan without having to worry and the stress. Thank you Happen Bank .

I just want to close my empty account. It used to be Lending Club until it became this new bank.

The only way to contact them is by calling an 800 number during business hours. No thanks.

They need to provide customer service options besides a phone number, in addition to a simple online feature that lets me close my account.

Happen bank provide exactly what I was looking for in a loan. Was easy to complete the process and complete the paperwork, communicated with me to let me know what was being done and funds were in my bank the next day. I will continue doing business with Happen Bank.

It was quick and so easy!! We applied while traveling in the car to see family on a Friday and the money was in the bank on Monday. Consolidating our credit cards just seemed logical and we are thrilled to only have one payment. We chose our time frame and will have it automatically deducted so we are never late.
