Not only is Surety saving us a substantial amount of money for Alarm Monitoring, but they are very responsive when you have a problem or question. We highly recommend them if you want good service, along with a good price.

I would like to have been able to call and speak directly to a person instead of back and forth email. The problem I was experiencing may have been able to be fixed in much less time.

Surety has been very responsive and reliable with customer service. From research and ordering to post-installation support, they've been great. Their forum is great and the staff is excellent. This is definitely a better way to solve security needs than the competition offers.

I had Surety for 6 years at multiple apartments and homes. Today was the sad day where I had to say goodbye as my landlord was installing a system they were paying for as a rental benefit. Never did I think cancelling a subscription would feel like cancelling a friend. Surety saved me and my property several times over the years, from a flood at one apartment to a home invasion at another location to sending the police when gun shots were fired near my home and I hit my panic alarm. Surety made me feel safe and secure and was always there to help when I had any issues or questions. Not to mention their monitoring center (Becklar) was amazing any time my alarm went off, they were calling before I could even find my phone or pull it out of my pocket. Go with surety. As a longtime user you won’t only have a subscriptions but a group of friends you can count on. Thank you surety!

Great pricing and excellent support for DIY security system installation. So glad I found this excellent company. They always respond quickly to any questions and their support forum is full of excellent information.

The price is very good for Alarm.com services, Surety offers a lot of varieties of services and options. Their response time is very niche and fast, I appreciate how fast it takes incase a real situation happens. The service is good and it takes less then 24 hours for a employee to respond from the surety hub. I give surety 5 stars for being a customer with them for around 6 months.

Camera video doesn’t load on doorbell push or motion. Can’t speak to customer service. Works sometimes so probably actually worth $4/month

Very satisfied with the support I received from Alarm.com tech support engineers. They help me troubleshoot two erratic alarm sensors, providing me with with a number of things to look for in order to address my (many) issues. Good interpersonal skills and responsiveness. A+ experience

Surety has without a doubt some of the best customer service I have experienced, not only with alarm companies but all contractors and other companies I have dealt with in the past. They are always quick to respond to customers concerns and more importantly always have reliable correct solutions to the problems. On the rare occasion if they dont have an immediate resolution, they will work the problem until it is resolved. I cant say enough about the quality of this company and I am looking forward to being a customer for a long time ahead.

I have been a Surety customer for 4 months. In that time I have sent them numerous support requests. From general questions about my system to product inquiries to very specific configuration questions, they have answered all of my questions. Their response is courteous, clear and always the same day. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I pay them half what my local provider charges and receive more features. They are really awesome!
