We specifically asked for a holiday inn between Denver and boulder that has a hot tub and bar. Dhruv gave us the holiday inn express Trenton place downtown Denver which has no hot tub or bar. And it's NON REFUNDABLE!!! We are Extremely upset because this has happened twice while booking a room at the Holiday Inn. The place we're at in Denver is a dive .

The process was quick and simple

Linu was great, I was wanting to book and pay for a room for my son and his wife for my son’s birthday. Linu was able to assist me with what I was wanting considering I would not be with them. I was able to book the room in my son’s name and pay for it with no problem. My son will be able to check in with no problems and enjoy his birthday. Thank you Linu

Very easy, courteous and very well spoken.

Absolutely disgraceful. The online booking price is 30% off. They charged me full fare. When I called back when I realized their error they want to charge me a full night's stay to correct it.
