Aljon John was very helpful. We had made reservations at a different hotel which ended up being absolutely filthy with cockroaches.

I called the Hampton Inn next door to see if they had availability. Unfortunately they were full but Aljon searched for us and found rooms at the nearby Hyatt Place. This place is very nice and most importantly, clean.
