My only issue was trying to read my credit card numbers. It took the AI multiple attempts and finally only received the correct numbers when we went one number at a time. I’d rather enter my number on my phone keypad than do again again.

The representative I spoke with was very polite and friendly and made sure that my family and I were able to reserve a room that actually worked for us. Even after I questioned just to make sure, she was still very polite and friendly.

It sounded like AI the whole time which is a bit off putting when putting in sensitive information

Sometimes she rushed through the questions and did not wait for my answer. It was very hard to ask a question cause she talked over me

I would have preferred talking to a real human being. My promo discount did not go through when talking to an AI bot. And you got my name incorrect, and the machine did not understand when I tried to correct it. I had questions about a working hot tub, which the bot could not answer. There are times when you just cannot replace a real person who is local and who knows details about the facility. . Hopefully everything still went through.

Horrible Experience! It smell like shit the whole bedroom and the drainage coming out of the shower ,
