Ai Service Milan/RTst.ai not fun

Also known as Ai Service Milan...Supposed to be fun...its a nightmare. I have tried for a month to cancel this ai app to no avail...firstly I was under the assumption I had free trial and start payments on 2nd Sept... even according to GOOGLE but they have taken $15.99US/$22.48AU twice in 2 weeks...secondly the app says its $15.99US per month...they had not helped me to get in and cancel I'm supposed to be free ...today 2nd Sept they told me I had 2 accounts 1 in FB , apparently 18/9/26 is the date, I signed up! Did this 8/8/26 ...
Solved they told me I cancelled THAT ONE on FB and the other FREE trial stopped today 2/9/26 possibly over?
