Support Arabic writing and Arabic voice in videos, and everything will be perfect

Very disappointing experience, especially as a long-term customer.

I have two active Higgsfield accounts and have spent thousands of dollars on subscriptions and credits. Recently, I paid over $200 for their Unlimited plan. In approximately 24 hours, only TWO generations successfully completed. Everything after that remained stuck processing for hours and never generated anything.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but they refused to offer any meaningful solution. I wasn’t even asking for my money back — I simply asked them to convert the $200+ I spent on the Unlimited plan into regular credits I could actually use.

It’s incredibly frustrating to spend thousands of dollars with a company and receive this level of customer service over a $200 issue.

I liked Higgsfield and used it regularly, but unless they resolve this, I’ll be moving my work and spending to other AI platforms.

I used Higgsfield to try and create a specific project. Once it had generated the first pass of an image I was happy with, it set the image as a picture, with a background and the image freestanding at a slant. I repeatedly asked it to alter the image so that it was printable, ie not slanted and no background, but whatever commands I used, it spewed the exact same version of the image back at me. I requested a refund from Higgsfield but the declined, saying I had used credits and generated images. All that the AI did was repeatedly serve me the same image, so I was paying for it to do or produce nothing new. Deeply unimpressed, it’s borderline fraudulent to
take money and then deliver nothing new.

When I took the image to ChatGPT, it did what I needed first time, exactly correct, with no drama.

As a novice to Higgsfield I am super impressed with the platform and the valuable customer service.

Great site to use for AI creation tools, but I do find the user interface to be quite convoluted.

Higgsfield has quickly become one of my favorite AI video tools. The cinematic camera movements, visual quality, and overall creative possibilities are excellent. It’s especially useful for filmmakers and artists who want to create shots that feel dynamic and professionally composed.

Like any AI tool, some generations need a few attempts, but when it works, the results can be genuinely impressive. I’ve found it very useful as part of a larger editing and compositing workflow.

Really exciting technology, easy to experiment with, and improving fast. Highly recommended for anyone exploring AI filmmaking and visual storytelling.

It's the best AI aggregator. I have paid only around a dollar and have generated around $6500 worth of content using the unlimited plan, Those who are complaining are not considering the similar benefits they might have recieved.

I had an issue with a Credit Pack that expired after I had previously received incorrect information from support about its validity period.

At first, I was disappointed because the wrong guidance affected how I planned to use my remaining credits. However, after I explained the situation clearly, Higgsfield reviewed the case properly, acknowledged the earlier mistake, and restored the credits in full.

I especially appreciated that the case was escalated instead of being dismissed based only on the standard policy. Alan and the support team handled the final resolution professionally and fairly.

Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds matters. In this case, Higgsfield ultimately took responsibility and resolved the issue in a way that I felt was fair.

Terrible. For real film making is totally useless. For random - this scene worked out i keep it - style of creation is perfect. Just check out their produced moves. Zero story, zero depth, no dramaturgy, just bunch of cliche superfical plot/story/character elements and acting.

Also UX is full with bugs, annyoing, non user friendly "features"... I wonder how their web developers can keep their jobs.

have real clients and need to generate multiple AI videos regularly.

Unfortunately, after purchasing the plan, I found that generations can stay in processing for several hours. My videos have been stuck for more than 2 hours without any result.

I don’t understand the purpose of an “Unlimited” plan if the generation speed makes it impossible to use for client projects. Unlimited should not only mean unlimited attempts, but also a service that is reliable enough to actually use.

For someone creating professional videos with deadlines, waiting several hours for a single generation is not practical.

I hope Higgsfield improves the priority and reliability of the Unlimited plan, because currently it does not meet the expectations created by the name.

Sometimes ai doesn't understand the detailed, clear prompt. And my credits go the waste. I am student the credits more important to me than you think. Everything else is excellent.

There are always learning curves with any AI generation software and apps, but this is the best options of the other AI platforms I have used. More importantly, there are plenty of selections for length, 720p, 1080p, 2K, and 4K resolution at the best cost for credits per video excerpt. I paid for a year long package allowing 3,000 credits every month, which has equated to about 10 sixty-second videos a month, every month for a discounted $600 total one time fee.

Higgsfield is the one that has things planned out well and the way it can bring about innovations.

Higgsfield had some issues first but its a growing plattform and theo was very helpfull. Overall i am happy for the experience i get and i see a bright future ahead

Solid tool, and the support genuinely delivers.

I use Seedance 2.5 on Higgsfield for cinematic content and the output quality is impressive, especially for complex action scenes.

I ran into a technical issue on one generation where character references got duplicated. I contacted support, and Frank and Jason handled it properly — clear communication, no runaround, and they actually took the time to explain what caused the problem so I could avoid it next time. That technical explanation was as useful to me as the fix itself.

Coming from another platform, the difference in support quality is noticeable. Recommended.
