At first Pollo was amazing. I used it for video and lifestyle images. Lately it seems to be off the rails and not paying attention to my prompts. I am burning through my credits only to get close to what I want and then have to bring it into Photoshop to fix. I hope you fix whatever is broken

Basic review of Pollo AI.
The system uses different ai models to generate the videos. Some videos can be done form lengths of 5 second up to 15 seconds in the basic plan. Basic plan is 300 credits enough to make 4 small 15 second videos. Which in reality is not that much of video you can make in that time frame. At least to make some of a story you need 1 minute to start. With 300 credits you can make 4 videos 15 seconds each and that is it. You have to get more credits at hefty expense. If AI makes a mistake guess what to remake your image and make corrections you have to pay again your 60 credits to correct the video. Not to mention that AI is not consistent in using the same models you're trying to deliver . Specially if you have to paste several of those 15 second videos together to make up your story. It's really bothersome how all this AI apps copy each other with the same model used in the way they charge and the way the generate AI videos . If you want to be the best there has to be a difference from the other apps in the market.

Furthermore, using the AI agent feature consumes a significant amount of credits. If you receive a message indicating insufficient credits, it means you don't have enough credits to generate the video. If you need to generate a large number of videos, we recommend using the basic model.

Unfortunately possibly after an update we cannot load images easily therefore can't use our 1000+ credits that we've paid for. Refresh or restart doesn't appear to help. We've tried Chrome and Firefox.
The output is of great quality and quite quick when it was working.

Unhappy first time user
I ask for a book cover. I got a video. The images I wanted on the book cover were not there. When I realized how to avoid making a video, I tried a couple more times to make changes, but my requests were totally ignored, and I soon had used up my all my credits for the month. I would like to have my money returned. Even more importantly, I would like to have my time returned, but of course that's not possible. Clearly, my experience is an outlier because Pollo AI wouldn't last a week if I wasn't. But at least for those of us not sophisticated in the use of AI, this is a bad site.
