Terrible site - sent a totally different looking blouse - the only similarity was that it was a woman's shirt, and also in the blue color requested. but a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRODUCT!

I ordered several items that were show en and described as cotton and linen. The items I received are horrible fabric, you can see through everything and it looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered! I asked for a full refund and they want the customer to pay for shipping back to China $85. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE STORE! They are thieves.

Rockie mistake from me! I should have checked here first. Didn't & I got scammed out of my hard earnt money. I'm not even sure what to say, cloths did arrive but not what I ordered. Clothes were made from cheap polyester table cloth material made on a home sewing machine. Sizes wrong & didn't even remotely resemble the pictures. For example I ordered jeans but they were made from above mentioned polyester material. I hate being ripped off!!!

I ordered a burgundy jumpsuit size 2XL from Quizicha. I got an "I would never wear that colour" yellow jumpsuit what is so little that frankly I would be suprised if it was size L. I don't know what I am going to do with it. If it was at least the colour I ordered, I would take it to a sewing salon, spend some more money to save what possible, but like this nahhh 😥😥😖😖. Totally disappointed.

Very bad quality. The items do not resemble the pictures on the website at all — they are much more basic than advertised, and the fabric feels extremely cheap. Very disappointing overall. waiting for instructions to return and refund.

I purchased a blouse , took more that 3 weeks to get , pay 39.99 + 799 for shipping , supposedly was a linen shirt , no sticker of any brand or how to take care , the only sticker was L , the quality of it was very poor , fit to small , decide to return it , received an email, that the product needs to be returned to an address in China , when the product was shipped from California, I true believe is a scam

I ordered a sweet blue blouse but got a really ugly green one instead. Wrote them an asked what they are going to do about it but they didn’t answer. Awful service and awful company. Don’t buy anything from them.

zero stars!!!! This company is a scam. You pay good money and get junk. Not sure where they got the pictures to advertise their wares but they are fake. Scam, Scam, Scam. Fraud is the best I can come up with as they knowingly do this to unsuspecting consumers. If they had to tell the truth they would not be in business. Do not buy from the company in China. Pictures are the same but the name of the company keeps changing. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud.

TOTAL scam, bait-and-switch…probably just hoped I couldn’t trace the purchase…but they took the payment & 15 emails later still have not made it right.

Item sent is not what they advertised and haven’t been able to send it back. It’s not jeans, ugly cheap fabric.

Don’t do it complete sham watched a video of a fab dress and ordered, wish I had read reviews. The item received was nothing like advertised and the returns refund process is abysmal. Why payments are allowed to such utter criminals is beyond me

The worse experience. They took my money and sent me the lowest quality clothes! nothing like i ordered. when i try to return them , the process was confusing and impossible- I couldn't even do it. my bank charge me, and because they made the return so difficult, I en up losing my money. Do not waste your money on this site.

Never received an email confirmation of my purchase. Tried to cancel my purchase the next day for a refund. Received no response. Worst shopping experience.

My experience is the same. The dress is nothing close to what I thought I was ordering. I contacted Support and got the same response as most people in the reviews. I would have to return it at my cost or I could keep it and they would give me 15% of my money back.

Very disappointing experience — poor quality and completely different from the description
I ordered a top from Qizicha expecting the item shown on the website: an orange linen/cotton top. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different. The top was beige, not the color I ordered, and it was not the same model as shown in the pictures.
The fabric quality was extremely poor. Instead of linen/cotton, it felt like a cheap synthetic polyester material. The item looked very low quality and nothing like what was advertised.
I had never heard of Qizicha before ordering, and after this experience I understand why there are so many negative opinions about this store. I am very disappointed and will never order from them again. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

I just have to say that I 100% agree with ALL the other reviews on here! It’s a total bait and switch-SCAM that this so-called “company” is using and they should be taken DOWN!

If I could have given a zero star I would have . A scam company from China .The goods are badly made and don’t resemble in any way the items advertised . When I complained to the company they replied that this was to be expected . After explaining to them that no this was not to be expected they offered a 15% discount to me as returning the goods are expensive and cannot be guaranteed to reach their destination. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND BEWARE FROM THEM OPERATING UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME . SHAMEFUL!!!!!

This Chinese women’s clothing company sent me the wrong colour, wrong size, a top that didn’t look anything like the picture. When I asked for a refund or another outfit they delayed giving me their address gave me excuses and a timeline instead. Then they took 3-4 days to reply to my email. As it stands I have a bad Chinese made outfit and I’m out $75
