Charged debit card without asking
You did not give me a chance to choose my payment method. You just somehow had my debit card and arbitratily chose it. My bank account has been charged already even though I emailed you and sent a contact form to you within the one hour time limit. so when the item arrives I will be requesting an RA and expect a refund. This is no way to do business.

Second time buying from them, this time a refurbished Iphone. Good thing I checked the promised battery level for the "excellent" level phone price. It was 5% below what was listed for the price. They easily adjusted the price and refunded to the 'very good" level. Will give them the benefit of the doubt. Would have appreciated a future discount code for the disconcerting, brief hassle but otherwise, will use them again and, as with any retailer, will check that device specs match the description. Prefer supporting smaller retailers .
