My delivery was delivered to a wrong address and they asked me to contact FedEx. FedEx refused to take accountability so I contacted QSE hoping that they could either refund or replacement my order but no they refuse accountability as well so now I have to dispute my payment while someone else got a free 300usd monitor for free like some Mr. Beast typ3 shit and I have never been more disappointed about how hard headed the customer service has been. If something goes wrong if yall orders these people will not take accountability and might scam you of your money. Be very cautious yall and hope I get my dispute with Affirm right. Thank God I didn't pay in full.

We ship orders to the exact shipping address provided at checkout. As noted in our shipping policy, we're unable to redirect or refund packages delivered to an incorrect address due to buyer-entered address errors.
Once a package is in the carrier's possession, delivery issues must be investigated with the shipping carrier. While we understand your frustration with FedEx's response, we cannot replace or refund orders that were successfully delivered to the address provided on the order if that address was entered incorrectly.
Additionally, because you reported that the package was not received, we have already reported the shipment as stolen and the payment dispute is currently being reviewed through our fraud protection provider.
