I would be very cautious with NEEWER…
I would be very cautious with NEEWER based on the number of customer complaints I found about delivery delays, slow customer support, return problems, warranty conditions, and difficulties getting issues resolved. The products may look reasonably priced, but the problems customers describe after the purchase are concerning. I would not place a large or time-sensitive order without checking the return and warranty terms carefully and making sure there is strong buyer protection. Too many complaints seem to involve customers struggling to get timely help when something goes wrong.

Great price on a worthy product.
I was looking for a more powerful COB video light. My initial search was for a 300. But Neewer had a 230 on sale for a price that I couldn't pass up. I have several other Neewer lights and can control all of them with the app, which works really well.
