Comparing different ball heads I found the options from Neewer to be solid and not as pricey as other brands while still including long-wearing components and good build quality. I ended up opting for a full metal option and it mounts perfectly and has held my binos steady on a tripod for over a week without drift (just to test!)

I recently purchased some light panels and a new tripod from Neewer. The quality has been excellent and the price was really reasonable. The tripod has all kinds of features and positions and is exceptionally sturdy. The light panels are exactly what I needed to take better photos of my products. I’m quite pleased with both purchases. Each item came with their own carrying bags which I wasn’t expecting that are sturdy, appropriately sized and well designed. I will continue to buy from Neewer in the future as I need more cool stuff!

Amazing customer service. They were able to confirm what I needed help with, checked to see how long it would take to get the replacement screws, and since I needed them asap, they provided the measurements as well so I can order through Amazon. I of course still wanted them directly from Neewer just incase haha thanks again!

Their products are really well made

The item itself is a nice idea, maybe I just got a defective unit. It won’t charge, or stay on. I’ll leave it on the charger all night and it still won’t come on. I’ve gotten it to temporarily turn on, but then back off. I would like to trade it with another one and give it another try

I like the lamp, good materials and good quality

The strobe itself is well made with more than ample modeling light. One can use traditional radio triggers with the built in plug or the dedicated Neewer trigger. Not certain about the battery connection, time will tell how durable, but so far good with a reasonable charge time. Service is a little lacking when I called and was told that a tech was not available.

Ease of purchase and quick delivery. And of course, a great product.
