It's been very easy and straightforward?

The integration has been super useful and easy to use. It has made it so easy to add multiple products to my website without a whole lot of hoops to jump through.

The integration of Printful with Etsy makes the whole process professional, and so easy for the shop owner.

When you can list something in your e commerce store and don't have to front the money +put your own logo and or design on it. Now that's wicked.

The items were not delivered, I was told to contact the delivery company. I did, despite it not being my responsibility to sort out as Printful are legally responsible for my order until I receive it, and they told me that the order number did not match the post code. I relied this to Printful and was told to wait 24hrs. I reached out after 48hrs to Printful and was told to wait some more. I chose a refund as I found dealing with Printful's customer service very disappointing.

I love this app. It's features and it very easy to use. Very creative. Don't glitch and easy to navigate. I love the designs although the apearal is almost repetitive style. Not much clothing for kids.

I had an issue with my print. When I reviewed the back of my shirt "text here" was not there. This company printed it and sent it like they did a good job. " Text Here" is in the middle of my design on the back. I chat with them and ask for a reprint. They say there's NOTHING they can do for me. I was going to order 55 shirts for my 50th Birthday trip. Had there been at least some type of compromise offered I would have felt better. Work with your customers not against them

Fairly easy to import and sync listings from Etsy!

0 stars if I could, I spent so long designing a shirt just for it to delete so I did that 4 more times before i realized I could save the design just for it to do it again and again and lastly it wont allow me to add to the cart. I messaged support and they were no help at all but saying saving drafts doesn’t mean I’m buying.. no crap anyways don’t waste your time

I love the products and not having to pre order a bunch of merchandise and store it. They make it so easy to create your own product line without needing to store a bunch of inventory!

I ordered an item to my address, but the tracking clearly shows it was delivered to a closed postal distribution center in a different district and zip code.

When I contacted Printful support, they refused to take responsibility, issue a refund, or send a replacement. Instead, they told me it is my job to chase the local post office and get "official documentation" of the delivery error before they can help.

I am their customer and I didn't choose the shipping carrier. Shifting the blame and the legwork to the customer is unacceptable. I had to file a chargeback with my bank. Highly recommend avoiding them.

The sample for my design on their website wasn't even next to the final prodruct i received... The midtones are waaay to dark then it should be, and the shadow areas just exploded in black... The worst part is that when i reached out to them, they kept me speaking with an AI for the entire time, that OBVIOUSLY didn't solve my problem at all..

I started using Printful to print oversized T-shirts with a design on the back. Unfortunately, they printed the design at the very top of the back instead of centering it, leaving it only a few centimeters below the collar.

The result looked terrible, and I had to issue refunds to my customers because the products were not acceptable.

When I contacted Printful, they told me this placement was “normal” and refused to offer even a partial refund or take any responsibility for the issue.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Printful. If you expect consistent print placement and good customer support when something goes wrong, you may want to consider other providers.
