The site is a scam, they don't send the items ordered and they ignore emails most of the time (when they do reply to every third email or so, they just ask for patience)

I ordered a jammer for professional use in the car and never got anything from them, just keep your hands off this company they are a massive Scam...

Went to make an order then was told could not fill order , i said I could wait then they came back a wouldn’t honor the check out and discount price a gave a quote a was double. I asked y and no response

Be careful with polo com.store , or polo com.shop they are a massive scam, they do not reply mails and if they do they make you believe you's have been shipped NOTHING is right there , if you have paid via your credit card let them know, open a case and get refund this way you bring them in to trouble , do not wait to long

Do not purchase anything from these people. they have fraudulent actions if you buy something from them you'll be waiting forever to get it if you ever get it they do not respond to emails. I'm reported them to the better Business bureau and consumers affairs I'm out of $106.35 with these people.

My husband bought an electronic device from this website. We waited over a month, and it finally arrived. Nothing worked. It was just a box with a lamp, and I had to buy batteries, which didn't help either. I sent several emails to the company, but nothing. They replied that it's none of their business, that they can't help because I'd already bought the device. I'm so frustrated with all this. It's worth over £100, and they don't care about anyone. They're crooks and thieves. I should add that they've now created the website polocom.com and are still scamming people. I wrote that I wanted to return the device, which is no longer useful, and they replied that they don't care. I don't know what to do now or how to get my money back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY - ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an item on 9th march received receipt when tried to track the item it said no order found so it looks like I've been scammed so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought something and asked where i can see my order. I got no reciept, and a order number i cant track on Their site. Just says - order not found.

Company is selling products that are ABSOLUTELY illegal in the United States.

okay so im still waiting on my package i ordered it on 21 of dec so it's almost been a month i message them i whatsapp them if i get lucky and they answer its we will check your order status and then it goes black till i message them and to top it all of i paid extra for shipping for its says premium. u figure i would atleast get a reply letting me know whats going on my account says in transit click on it its been waiting for details the whole time this place no communication its a joke big time scammers I'm reporting u on everything every social media platform let the world know ur company is made up pathetic

Was very disappointed when I received my order. Universal decoder for locks does not work on American locks. The decoder is too thick. Please check before you order something to make sure you know what your getting.

I have reached out via there chat, and multiple emails. I have received no response back yet. My item is just sitting awaiting delivery to carrier for 10 days. Not good business
