Terrible Delivery Service
Ordered tent 2 weeks prior to July 4th. 5 out of 6 boxes arrived in the first week. The final box, with half the tent poles, arrived the Monday after the 4th. The website says 5 business days. We had no tent for the party. All boxes were damaged and looked like they were thrown off a train and dragged.

Excellent phone customer service
Excellent phone customer service, shipped on time with great communication email and tracking. Also, 1 of 7 packages was delayed by FedEx and Alltents sent the replacement box and handles the issue with FedEx. We were on time erecting the tent we ordered.

20x39 party tent was totally destroyed after a heavy rainfall. Tent collapsed, it was not a severe storm just a heavy rain.

Made 2 orders with them, bothe were confirmed and shipped within days. On second order discount code didn’t apply when I sent in the order, when I noticed it I emailed customer service due to it being the weekend and received a notification that it would be checked in to. A few days later received an email that a credit for the discount would be processed and it was. So far a very good experience with ALLTENTS.

Great tent and phenomenal customer service.
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase of the 20 x 39 Pro Party Tent. It is a well made tent and provided the perfect shelter from the rain and the intense sun. The tent was set up for about a week, during which we experienced a few heavy downpours and intense wind (always my luck!), so I was glad that I also purchased a tie down kit and weighted water bags. They came in handy!
Initially I only received a partial shipment , with the boxes and some of the items being damaged during shipment. Customer service responded promptly with a new shipment of the missing and replacement pieces (plus a few extra, thank-you). Although the missing parts did not arrive in time for my first summer event, we were able to use the tent for another event. The tent went together easily, with the help of a few extra people to raise the tent. We will be using this tent a few more times this summer!
Due to the heavy downpours I did have water pooling on the canopy which we continually had to remove. We could not keep up with it during the night, so in one instance the grommet on the canopy pulled away from the tarp. The roof supports that came with the tent were suppose to correct this, so I am assuming I made a mistake with the assembly and will be reaching out to customer service with their suggestions for future set-up.
Again, this is a great tent for the price. I am hoping to purchase just the 20 foot roof tarp for smaller events that I will be hosting. I would definitely recommend this tent. The quality is excellent and you can't beat the customer service, they were easy to reach and available to address all my questions and concerns.

The buying experience was okay
The buying experience was okay. But, the delivery was botched. 12 different boxes, most all torn up, and bandaged with tape. Once Toolport learned that FedEx was likely at fault, it did not seem to care very much. My team carefully opened all the boxes, found 4 dented and damaged pieces, made our own DIY repairs, bought our own extra bolts, drafted our own assemble instructions and moved on.

Awesome product, quick arrival
The tent arrived quickly and set up was relatively easy (have a few people on hand to help out!). It really protected us from the brutal sun during our event and wrapped up easily. Buy the carrying totes for easy storage - they're worth it!

Got everything quickly. Only 3 pipes had minor damage that only took me maybe 10 minutes including time to go find the right tool; channel lock pliers worked for me.

They had a 20% sale for Memorial Day…
They had a 20% sale for Memorial Day and I had a tent in my cart with the discount and the next day the cart was still there but no discount. I asked customer service if they would have a 20% discount for July 4 and they said they did not know since the tent was made in Germany. I went ahead an bought a tent with a 10% discount and the next day they had a 20% discount
The tent is made in China as it said so on the box. It is not made in Germany so I have no idea what Germany has to do with a discount. I searched on line saw they have had a 20% around July for for the past several years.
My negative review is based on the fact they lied about discounts then blamed it on a demon in Germany.
I would not buy from them again because they lie.

Like many manufacturers in our industry, production is carried out at carefully selected manufacturing facilities outside of Europe, including China. We do not represent that the products are manufactured in Europe.
We also acknowledge that part of our previous communication regarding how promotions are managed was inaccurate. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention, and we have addressed it internally to ensure future communications are clear and accurate.

Great Service w/ Lost Box of Poles
We received 2 of 3 boxes - missing the poles - lost in transit. I sent in an inquiry and with no issue they realized the issue (still not knowing if the original box would be delivered) and sent another box of poles. We received this one no issue. No hassle at all - great customer service. Donnea L. was great. Unfortunately this type of great service is lacking with many companies - not so with Alltents.
