So far I put up my 10x10' canopy up once in the driveway by myself. It went well. It appears well made and easy to take up and down.

It’s obvious from reading these reviews that you have a problem with your packaging. I can attest to that from my own experience.

I purchased your large outdoor storage box. It was obvious when it arrived that that it would be damaged.

I made one call and you replaced the top of the steel box that was indeed dented. Thank you.

Assembly was long and tedious. It would be nice if your offered the box already assembled

Now here’s the important part of this…

After spending way too long assembling the box, a buddy of mine and I spent almost as much time removing the protective plastic from steel. What a pain in the ass that was.

If you know you have a problem with your shipping boxes, why not, when someone is purchasing your large, steel, outdoor storage container, have it bubble wrapped for protection? It would arrive undamaged and save the consumer a couple hours trying to get all of that plastic film off.

I purchased a canopy for your company. After the first party, we were cleaning up because it started to rain. It was not windy so I decided to leave a tent up. I do not realize that the rain during the night would cave in the canopy.
When I got sat with customer service. They basically said there was not much they can do under the warranty. After speaking to Donnea she was able to look into it for me and got me a slight discount on a replacement for the frame. It was greatly appreciated because at first they basically said there was not much they could do for me. In a long run I have a brand new canopy have some spare parts from the one that collapsed, and I was pleased with the customer service. At least they helped me out with the price of buying the second canopy.

The material was high-quality and everything was easy to put together.

Haven’t had the chance to assemble yet, but poles are all deeply dented like they were crushed by something. Hopefully they aren’t bent

The frame arrived missing one of the screws that holds the frame together. I was very happy that it showed up just before we were leaving for a week long trip with the family. Got to the campsite starting setting it up and found one of the arms had no screw holding it. This was Saturday. Waited till Monday contacted the company hoping that they might be able to drop a screw or 2 in an envelope so we might salvage the rest of the week. Was told I would have to submit a warranty claim by email. Having been told this for a screw and if you’re thinking why didn’t I just get one, it’s because they are a specialty screw.

Product is junk, support and warranty is even worse. Product couldn’t even stand up to normal shipping without being damaged as they use such cheap and thin materials

Customer service is awesome. Really on top of the process and responsive. As some customers have noted, parts can be damaged in delivery. I think that has to do with the carrier. Two parts (out of hundreds) were damaged during shipment, and customer service quickly replaced them (with the added bonus of two additional of each). One additional part bent during set up and that part was quickly replaced by Alltents as well. Great product and great customer service.

Shipping was super fast! I ordered the tent on Sunday and it was at my house on Wednesday. The package arrived a little rough, the box with the connectors was almost broke open, but everything was there and installation is pretty simple after watching their video on the tent's page. I would also say this is a huge step up from the pop up tents. I have left this tent up for over a week in heavy rain and wind and thunderstorms and it's doing great! I will say that I did have it secured down pretty well with 14in large tent stakes on each leg, but it did not budge even in my sloped yard. Definitely worth the money if you are tired of pop ups not lasting through some heavy rain.

I am a very tough grader, but I have to give the Product, Website, Delivery and Support a 5 Star review. The Website helped me find the perfect tent to fit the space needed. The discount coupon was a bonus. The product was delivered in the window specified. The directions for assembly were spot on. It took me longer than expected but that is on me. It came with the exact number of parts. The materials are very strong and were able to stand up to a FedEx delivery. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to find another delivery company. The boxes were mangled as I usually find from FedEx, but the product is strong enough to stand up to that torture. The only suggestion I would make regarding the product is to provide extra ties on the end flaps. The two in the middle work very well and they are holding up not only the door but the rest of the flaps as well and it only hangs down and extra inch on the ends, but it works very well as is. I know it is a small modification, but that's the only product suggestion I have. So far the tent is standing up to 20 MPH winds with no problems at all. The look of the product is very professional and all of my neighbors are already asking to borrow it. This has the best buying experience in a long time and I don't say that lightly. I wish more vendors could follow your example. Thank you for the experience...Gary V.

I’ve been treated with the best customer service. The communication and service is top notch and I would recommend Alltents to anyone because of the service. The product (10x20 Canopy) is great quality and easy to use.

I ordered a new tent but didn’t order the sides to check for quality which I had said when I talked to someone on phone after I got the tent in I thought the quart looked good and ordered the sides they said no discount since I didn’t order when I ordered tent I would get everything you talk about in an email confirmation before ordering

Fast shipping, well constructed, assembly was fairly easy considering I did it by myself. Glad I ignored the negative reviews.

What a great company to work with! They are there to support you every step of the way. FedEx being FedEx screwed up my shipment, and Alltents stepped up, went above and beyond to make it right - even though the issues were not on them. Customer satisfaction is their goal

Right from the first phone call the customer service rep., she was absolutely phenomenal!

This company only sells and ships into into the US, I'm from Canada and wanted this tent shipped to my future son-in-law's place for their upcoming wedding. They went above and beyond to make this work for us.

There was some parts missing and I sent the missing parts list into customer service, they addressed it super fast and we receive the missing parts in less than a week.

I will definitely buy more product from this company and I highly recommend if you're in the market for one of their tents you won't be disappointed.

Two of the three cartons were damaged. A package of hardware and loose pages of instructions were laying on our porch.

great customer service but we are still waiting for a replacement pkg that Fedex damaged and didi't deliver. It is supposed to arrive today.
