It was a last minute effort to “beat a football deadline” so he could play in his first 9th grade game scheduled for tomorrow. Forms were completed and put on website for access. There was a problem getting into the…
There was a problem getting into the portal and they told my doctor’s office my insurance was not activated. So I had to reschedule but my agent assures me it was a glitch of some sort and that I am insured. It took a very long time and 4 representatives before I gave up and let my agent handle it.
