Late in the year switch
Tasha went over all the material I needed to hear to switch to Aetna from my current provider. My doctors were all in the group. I’m going to receive more benefits than my provider was offering. It was best for me to switch so I did. Thank you Tasha for calling and having the patience to listen to all my questions.

What made the experience great was the fact that I got better coverage than I had before. The only constructive thing I can say about it is it took a very long time to go through the whole process like two and a half hours. That was a little exhausting. And the music that is playing when you're on hold, it's the same song over and over and over. I liked it in the beginning by the end of the process not so much LOL

I was told a few things that weren’t…
I was told a few things that weren’t correct. After signing up I reviewed the provisions of the plan. I then had to cancel in a very short period of time to keep current health plan. Could have been a big mistake. A little pressure from seller and I should have known better.
