So to update,it may be because of the review I had posted or maybe that this case was escalated but to be fair they did come back and sent me a prepaid label,the watch was returned for them to look at and it was advised it was unrepairable,and that even though the watch was outside of warranty that they would stand behind their product,a new watch was sent,Hats off guys this is the correct way to treat customers.

I bought 2 Panzera watches, one for my partner and one for myself, she is delighted with her Aquamarine 36 and My Longreach is a beautiful time piece that looks like a vastly more expensive watch, Panzera kept in touch all the way throughout the purchase process. I`ll definitely buy another one

It is my third PANZERA watch. And it is so beautiful high quality look hope I will have it in my daylife for a long time or till… the next one from the company.

Recently bought the Aquamarine 45D-01B on an M2 strap and I'm really pleased with it. Fits well, nice and solid, and chunky on the wrist.
Delivery was quick too.
I would definitely recommend.

I ordered a Longreach 43G in June on a pre order and was told it woukd be the end of August.
I recieved my watch today, really happy and impressed with it, cant fault the service, was told when it would arrive and it came a day early.

My Longreach 43G-01 actually arrived two weeks later than originally proposed, but being a presale, I knew that the date was just an estimate. Panzera communicated with me 2 week prior to the projected date to let me know of the delay. When it was ready to ship, I received an email announcing it and I was amazed how fast it got to my house. It was well worth the wait! I love the bold designs and the quality materials this company uses. My first was a Mecha 45C, then an Longreach 43G-03B. Being thrilled with them was my motivation to buy my LG43-01. I couldn't be happier!

I bought an expensive watch from Panzera a couple of years ago. It had a slight fault whereby the day was slightly off centre. Panzera quickly sent me a return post label and I received the watch back within a fortnight. Superb service.
I have 3 Panzera watches and cannot recommend them enough. Beautifully crafted and great price for the quality.

Received my Panzera watch. It was a pre order so obviously takes longer to be shipped. Well worth the wait. Build quality is top tier and the watch is stunning in person. Colors really pop from the blue dial. You wont be disappointed if you purchase. Customer service responds promptly.

Lovely watch, however, I had an issue with the dial colour not being what I expected but Justine went out of her way to help me come to a satisfactory conclusion so 5 ⭐ for their customer services. They offer good discounts too - I purchased this watch with 50% reduction and delivery was super fast.

the watch machine is unable to keep the time right
its allways off from the real time is far from precise
i just had this watch for about twoo weeks and is not good for the money that i paid for it

Aquamarine A45-D Great quality and features with easy to read dial, smooth automatic movement,great bezel with movement via second winder. Extremely comfortable stand-out optional flouro yellow strap .So good have ordered another watch (L 43G) and 3 more different coloured rubber straps
