If I could, I’d give Lige a zero. They sent me two defective watches and didn’t respond to my return requests (many return requests) for over two weeks. Coincidentally, in that time I exceeded their return time period

Save your money. Don’t buy Lige. I wish I hadn’t

Ordered a pair of watches and both were of such poor quality I didn’t even unwrap them and immediately requested a refund. Was told it says on their website that the deal for a pair of watches meant they would not offer a refund. Back and forth and in the end they accepted the return but would only process a refund once they received the watches and inspected them. Had to pay £25 to post back to China and they have apparently been stuck in customs for almost 4weeks and no sign of a refund. Buyer beware!!!

I received an email advertising buy 1 watch and the second watch was free, it was an attractive watch and great value. I ordered and when I received the confirmation, the pricing was not as advertised. I reached out to cancel the order because I couldn’t afford the updated price. They offered to refund the second watch and acknowledged that the advertisement was incorrect. They honored the refund but never sent the paid for watch. I reached out 4 times over a month with no response and no resolution. The most disappointing part is now it appears they have blocked my email address and have kept my money. I would not recommend Alexander Lige watches as they have displayed unscrupulous business practices in my case

Ordered the Mariner. Watch arrived and when I opened it the watch does not work !! Contacted customer service but they have not replied to any of my emails regarding a replacement watch !!

I've ordered two watches waited 1 month and never received the watches then I reached out to the website which I placed the order with the tracking order number now they're saying they don't have the order number neither will they refund me I'm not sure how many people have been scammed by this Alexander Lige website/ company so please read my review and do not order anything from this website name lige . Its just a matter of time until they get sued for everything

I bought 2 Lige watches and right out of the box one of them had the stop watch hand was on the 7 second position. I wrote them about it and at first they said that was normal. WHAT!! Then they told me how to fix it, cool.
The other watch got wet from sweat and some sprinkles from the hose, didn’t dunk it or anything like that. It got moisture on the inside of the crystal and wouldn’t go away. Long story short, because it was in the second month since purchase they wouldn’t replace it due to the 30 day warranty. It’s supposed to have a 12 month warranty on defects and a new watch that leaks is defective!!
So save your money for a quality watch because Lige’s customer support is not very supportive.

Their return policy is 30 days....

Although the watch was fine on arrival, about 45 days in a button on the side had fallen off. I had gotten into the shower before realising and noticed the watch had filled with water. After explaining this to the team at Lige, they declined any replacement or even any spare button for me to re attach. No customer service or sympathy from the company. A watch should last more than a month and a half, stay away, cheap junk.

I purchased three LIGE watches during the last couple of years, only one is still keeping correct time.
The first one, model 1853 (Dream) stopped working within the first month. I contacted Lige about this but received no reply. (Amazon had suggested contacting Lige).
I bought a second LIGE watch (big mistake!) through Temu, with a different coloured face and different metal bracelet. This also stopped working after a couple of months, due to the same problem. This was also model 1853.
The DAY and DATE become stuck. Once this happens, the second hand stops moving. Trying to move the DAY forward does not work - the DAY is stuck!
I took the watches to a local watch repair centre and was told that the mechanism could not be repaired. He said it was a cheap movement, not Japanese at all - which was claimed on Amazon website!
Although these are only £25 watches - don't waste your money!

The quality of the watches was poor. The color and the clasp did not work well. Alexander Lige will not refund my money. There should be a notification at checkout that all sales are final with a “No Refund Policy.” On-line shopping should allow customers to return goods. I would not recommend purchasing any items from ALEXANDER LIGE without physical viewing their products due to their no refund policy.

I purchased 2 watches in April, one came back damaged. I emailed their contact info, got quick response back asking for video and pictures, which i provided. They said they forwarded the case to their Quality Team for review and assessment and will be contacting me soon. I have since heard back from them. I've sent multiple emails and no response.

Excellent quality for the price. I have 3 Lige watches and have replaced batteries a couple of times and they are still water resistant enough for swimming and showering in. They look good and feel solid. I also have a Breitling Avenger costing over 250 times more which I bought before the Lige - It’s certainly not 250 times better and still only tells the time.

I ordered a buy one watch get another one free & I paid for them & all I received were two empty boxes, & the company didn’t make it right. BUYER BEWARE

I purchased two watches from this company. The first one worked fine and was in line with what I expected. The second watch however sporadically stopped working throughout the day. When I brought this to the attention of the company they were in different. Be careful if you buy product from this company as they do not stand behind their product AND the quality they advertise is exaggerated and not there.

I had a simple fix for a new bad but no solutions were made. That is not a respectable company and I will never do business with this company again. I've had family in the jewelry business and these watches are shit products do not buy them

Absolute trash watches!! Stay away. They are incredibly cheap, almost like winning it out of a claw machine. I did a BOGO deal and was so disappointed when they showed up. Big, gaudy, not classy looking. And weigh the same as a pencil! Crazy cheap and rip off! The company would not allow me to return them.

CHEAP JUNK. AVOID. The band broke the very first time I wore it out to dinner and they wont fix it under warranty.

I purchased two watches from this company there were supposed to be shipped in 7-10 days. The tracking was definitely a nightmare. they use a company in the US called Gofo. They never updated tracking. When only one watch was delivered after several weeks, they blamed the shipping company and after several back and forth emails, they basically told me that it is not their problem. I still have no resolution. Garbage company. the one watch I did receive is also garbage quality. it is attractive looking, but it is trash. I could have gotten it from Amazon for $20. Instead I paid $130 for a trash product. Customer service was unhelpful and very delayed in responding.

The commercial (Info) was not as the product is shown although visually looked nice in box as soon as you put on your wrist sound like old toys clacking together like it would last a day on your hand was not impressed was more upset at the return policy if I bought through Amazon would gotten feed back right away had to ship back to China my cost and provide Video / Pictures / Story for $150 I guess it's better to learn first time around what a joke do not buy Buyer Beware.

I purchased two watches and after weeks of waiting with no tracking information, I finally got a package delivered by gofo. Only one of the watches was in the package. I contacted customer service at Lige and they told me that they sent both watches. They referred me into the rabbit hole of gofo. Not a trustworthy company.
