I finally broke down and bought one of these Liv watches GX1 Swiss Silver panda I just have to say I love it. I’m not a silicone band, but this band is nice. The watch is nice. The quality is nice and I have a couple dozen watches. The packaging is unbelievable. You guys gotta try out one of these watches 10 out of 10.

I like most new watch enthusiast have been spending a lot of time studying and learning about what makes a Watch Great. From the movements, Sapphire crystals, 316L stainless steel. Liv has done their homework. Everything big name watches have without breaking the bank. But there’s one thing that separates LIV from the big name brands. That is Chaz and his team. From James, Ozzy, Ernest. Just a few that have reached out to me to make sure I had everything I needed. I found with the big name brands most of the time. I don’t even get a returned email. I almost forgot to mention the thing that separates them in my opinion over the rest. The design. WOW!! I have the black and orange GX-1 with an orange silicone strap. And let me tell you everyone notices that lol. I got my leather bracelet with a quick deploy today.

Liv has done it again love the ruggedness on my new gravel stealth 🥷 and the Swiss movement is insane 👍🏻

First of all, the watch is beautiful. It appears to be well made with exceptional craftsmanship and materials. So the quality of appearance is top notch. Really, I can’t stress enough pretty it is.
I just received it so I will not comment on reliability but the 5 year warranty says a lot.
Shipping was fast. I ordered it over the weekend and received it on the following Thursday. It arrived in perfect condition and the unboxing let me know I bought something really special. I had some communication with Chaz about the shipping and he was very helpful and quick to respond.
If you are looking for a unique boutique timepiece that will certainly get a lot of compliments, I highly recommend giving Liv watches serious consideration.

Despite the first watch sent to me did not function properly. LIV overnighted via FedEx my replacement and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I have 3 LIV watches. On the 8 December 2025 I purchased a deployment buckle. On the 15 August 2026 (Saturday) one of the pins failed on the buckle. I emailed James at LIV that day. On the 16 August (Sunday) James responded, apologised and advised that he would organised a replacement pin. On 17 August James advised that cannot send just a pin and would therefore send complete buckle. This was received today, 21 August and no charge. All this within 6 days including weekend from Miami to Burntwood.

Excellent after sales service. Cannot recommend James and LIV enough.

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. I got some guidance from Connor about how to select the best watch for a gift and the journey was really nice. Everything was well explained. I personally, like to feel the material before buying something, but his descriptions were on point, so it wasn't difficult to make a choice. Their concierge service is on top, the quality of the watches is excellent and it makes me happy to see a brand grow, as I have watched LIV do exactly that.

I recently purchased a LIV Gravel 2 watch for $650. The watch did not fit my wrist or my expectations. I returned the watch the following day. On their web site LIV states that it will refund the purchase price of the watch within two weeks of receiving the return. It has now been three weeks since LIV received the returned watch FYI: I shipped it back via Fedex and they signed for it so I know when they received it.

LIV has yet to return my money. This is a week past their refund police and about three weeks past my expectations.

BTW: Why does it take Amazon about an hour to refund money on a return from when they receive it and LIV three weeks?

This is not what I expected or what is stated on their web site. Their customer service has been unhelpful. They wrote me 5 days ago saying that they issued the refund. No luck. I've had to file a dispute with my debit card company to try to get my money back from LIV.

Buyer Beware. I will never buy another watch from LIV nor would I recommend that you do!

Received my second LIV watch today! Could not be happier! Comfortable to wear, well built, feature rich, and exceeds expectations!

What a beautiful watch! I've got a pretty extensive watch collection with Omegas, Rolexes etc. and this one certainly fits right in. This is my first LIV watch, but certainly won't be my last and the sales and customer service team is among the best I've found in the industry. Would definitely recommend LIV watches to anyone that's looking for a nice quality Swiss watch without breaking the bank.

Purchased my LIV watch 6 or 7 years ago. Loved it . About a year and half ago it stopped working assumed it was battery and replaced it . That did. It correct the problem. In May 2026 I contacted LIV to send it for repair. It was received by LIV on May 29, 2026. On August 4, LIV contacted me and reported the watch was ready. I approved some minor upgrades. Received the watch in a few days and viola !!! It didn’t work. Same problem the big and little hand and seconds meter didn’t move . Called LIV and they told me to send it back at my expense. I paid once already . I will as planning on taking my LIV watch to the beach for few weeks on August 21, 2026. I called a few techs and explained by problem. They referred me back to original tech which went nowhere.

I then contacted LIV a last time and ERNEST answered and listened to my problem. He personally handled the return and monitored the repair and said he would get it back to me before my vacation. What an asset to your company!!. I received several updates on the progress of my LIV repair and received it today. Guess what? It works !!

The LIV Watch Company and Chaz, the Boss, need to understand that quality customer service has disappeared in all market places . To have this type of of dedicated employee in this day and age, is an asset. Most young employees across the business spectrum don’t care and neither do their supervisors . It is refreshing to see that the LIV Watch Company continues to Search for Excellence in the hiring process, as evidenced by his dedication. I would be remiss if I failed to mention your employee Sazi, whom worked hand in hand with ERNEST to see this repair completed with haste.

LIV now has a lifetime customer and ERNEST has turned an angry and disappointed customer into a loyal customer .

Ernest their customer service concierge is awesome!
I am very pleased with the quality, order speed, customer support and details LIV has provided to me! Oh and the Aqua Blue color is ourstanding!
