Process of obtaining was easy with insurance and Life Station working cooperatively together.
Set up was easy peasy.
If any concerns is my wife's thinking she is going to accidently hitting the life alert button on watch. I keep telling her it would be ok that all she needs to do is hit X and say test.

The system was just OK. To get it loud enough for my mother to hear, it was distorted and garbled. I could understand it but not my elderly mother. My main complaint is that lifestation holds your money for 3 additional months and we still had to call to remind them that they owed us a refund. Not to happy with them and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I thought the holding of our refund was absurd and totally unnecessary not to mention we still had to call them to remind them that they owed us $109

The staff have been above and beyond helpful. I'm 70 and can't see small writing. They gave clear instructions, and waited while I wobbled across the room to find a working outlet. I am very pleased with this company!

After almost a year with my LifeAlert wristwatch device, I've been both satisfied and discouraged. Satisfied with everything except the heart rate feature: it does not register correctly about 3 out of 5 times.
My cardiologist team insists that I keep my heart rate below 110, even while I exercise. Never been a problem. But the LifeAlert watch will indicate a rate over 140 while my doctor is using his professional equipment which indicates it to be around 82.
I contacted LifeStation’s friendly phone staff over a dozen times about the problem before they agreed to exchange it. Except the replacement has the same problem. Wish I could post the several photos of the watch next to my doctor's device, with the watch (for example) showing a pulse of 134 and the professional equipment indicating my pulse is actually 91. Another example shows the watch with a pulse of 40 and the doctor's device showing 80. My return watch included a printout of these photos.
My LifeStation contract is up soon and I've been looking at other options, as daily accurate heart rates are a major factor in my health.

Frankie was totally helpful. Answered all my questions and gave me all the options. We had a great conversation about his grandmother and her use of the device. GiVe Frankie a raise. Have not received my device yet, but am anxiously waiting for it.

I had the best experience with a male that I can’t remember his name. I feel so bad. My caseworker started the conversation (Hannah) and then I (Dawn) came on. He made me feel so comfortable, just like we were friends! I had a good time while learning about the alert necklace. This has to be one of my top companies, if not the top!

I have nothing but absolutely 100% praise in the product and the actual service it provided. The reason I received the device is I had an aneurysm and experience dizziness and scares for falling. When I received the watch, I wore it religiously every day and felt reassured that should I have an accident or fall, I would not be alone or without help within my reach. Added perks for health and wellness were the heart monitoring, step tracking and local temperature features. Finally, the routine emergency testing of the device and the customer service was the icing on the cake. If my insurance or financial circumstances prove, I would gladly use the device again.

I cannot thank them enough. Good company. The customer service person made me feel right at home and was very helpful and understanding. I give them an A+.
