DO NOT PURCHASE APHW plan
I had some refrigerator parts go bad which required a little maintenance. It was a lot of hassle getting the whole deal set up thru APHW. Then after I paid the technician and called into APHW to get my reimbursement they said they would issue a check.
However, 3 months later no money returned to me and my only instructions/help is to call into customer service. Which I have done, but still no money or plan.
I think this is a scam operation I don't know.
Definitely would not sign up again.
