I love that MedBridge is for clinicians and patients! It's so great that we have a platform to not only provide CEUs but also HEPs. I love that there is video demonstration for patients to watch and it's very user friendly. This is such a great tool!

Medbridge is the worst POS software I…
Medbridge is the worst POS software I have ever encountered. They do everything in their power to ensure you do not do your exercises. They make it so focking hard to log in, by the time I get in, I am too hot and angry to do any PT, and I have no more time to do it. They act like you are trying to access the nuclear codes, instead of just some exercises that anyone should be able to access without barriers. Med professionals, put these exercises on youtube! Stop acting like your PT exercises are some secret proprietary info. It should be easy to access!

Customer service is misleading
Customer service is misleading, not friendly, and not timely. You will be directed to buy certain packages and then put a card on file. You will not be able to check to see how many HEPs you still have available and they will charge you for overages - no email notification, no heads up on the number you used - even though they recommended that package based on your user experience. Highly misleading. Customer service will say they will call you back but they will send you an email that is not well written. Poor instructions, poor user experience, poor service. Avoid.
