While this was a difficult decision, In The Light Urns made it a little easier. The selection is grand, some simple while others extravagant. My Father's Urn arrived just as I ordered. Not usually fan of halfords stores
Not usually fan of halfords stores but I was happy on my visit today. Unlike the halfords autocentre I actually received good customer service in cheltenham store on the retail park. I went up to the desk and explained my 3rd brake light wasnt working and I think its the bulb as it not been changed in 27 yrs. I was served by abigail and the young man next to her tested my old bulb and told me it was dead and got me a new bulb. Both were polite and helpful. I left feeling happy knowing the bulb was dead. I fitted it myself and now I have my brake light working.

I wanted to order a couples urn
I wanted to order a couples urn. But I noticed that the single person urn and the double person urn were the SAME SIZE! Same measurements of 12x12. Of course, the double person urn was more expensive. I emailed the company to question this because they charge a 15% restocking fee for returns. I already have the single person urn, so I know there’s no way you can fit 2 sets of ashes in there. I would hate to be charged 15% of purchase price for something that won’t work. They answered my first email to say they would contact the owner to clarify if the website was in error and said they would contact me again to let me know. A few months go by and no reply. I sent them another email and that too has been ignored. Seems they’re purposely charging people more money for a companion urn knowing it will not work, in order to also charge them 15% restocking fee when they have to return it. Very shady business practice.

The packaging was very secure and protective, tightly wrapped to ensure nothing could bump around in the box. The urns themselves were beautiful, and my order came three days earlier than the estimated delivery date! The receipt in the package showed each of my items being checked off by hand in ink, meaning somebody personally made sure that everything I ordered was in the package. I'm very satisfied and in the unfortunate event that I'd have to order urns in the future, I'd go through In the Light Urns again.

Great Design for an Urn
The delivery was fast as expected and the urn was as described and shown in the listing. The only detail that was slightly off was the visibility of the engraving. The color of the engraving makes it a little hard to read from a distance, but the picture appeared to show a different lighting or shade of color that was more readable.
Overall, we're happy with the urn and the design was amazing.

From the beginning it was easy to do. The only issue was on my side, couldn't find the right pictures of my parents that I liked. But I finally did and completed everything online. We received the urns and they were AWESOME. Every family member is at awe with the results. And the cost was perfect.
