Easy process, quick response. Great experience. End product, priceless.

This was a really disappointing experience. Aside from the hidden charges for everything thing from shipping, to customization (ie. sending a photo of my tees layout), to an auto charge for "corrections", the biggest disappointment was the damage done to one of the shirts. I have a photo of all my shirts clearly showing no damage. What I got returned was a cut in a very noticeable location and poor stitching to make up for it. This was one of the auto charges on my credit card. They claimed that it was received damage even though my photo shows the damage wasn't there. What's more likely, that I somehow cut it while folding it and placing in a box or that someone there either cut it when they opened the box or during prepping it into squares? Even if it came damaged, a simple email to me would have given me the chance to reduce the size of the quilt to not use it at all or send in a replacement. Of course I won't get the memento back but I would at least have a quality product. The excuse given was that it would have delayed processing time to notify me. In this day and age with electronic communication? I also was in no rush so what's another week in a process that already took over a month? There were 2 other panels that looked sloppy. One was not centered so the bottom text ran into the seam when there was plenty of open space at the top. The other showed the neckline. Again, poor placement. All this leaves a really bad taste. A more gracious impression is the process is just not well thought out. A less generous impression is this is deceptive practice - no notification of damage, blaming the customer, auto charging without approval. I was so excited to find this company and had other projects in mind, but after spending around $150 on an advertised $80 quilt and having to demand at least a refund on the auto charges, I will not be a return customer and caution others against trusting them with your treasured memories.

You guys knocked it out of the park; I was blown away when I saw the final product. The oldest T-shirt was from 1981. I can't wait to hang it in my classroom. Many thanks, and don't fix things that are not broken. OneBigLove, Jeff

Quality of blanket, Ease of shipping and communication

Super happy with how my mom’s old t-shirts and sweatshirts were made into 2 memory blankets! I will cherish them and always remember my mom when I see them!

My quilt turned out nice, my husband really likes it. Seems like good quality stitching. The ends curl up though, instead of lying flat. I wish I would have put the shirts in a better arrangement. But it’s all good.

This quilt was a gift for my Mother. These were all my late Fathers shirts. He went home to Heaven on 2024.

Project Repat took the shirts we cherished so much and created a masterpiece for our family. Perfectly done.

What a beautiful quilt. The quality was excellent. I purchased teo quilts and was very happy with my product and customer service.

This was a very structured instruction guide to follow leaving little room to mess it up . I was speechless when I opened the first of two throw/ Blankets I had sent out to be made . It came out nicer than I ever could have imagined . I am so happy and cant wait to see the second one finished .We are getting rid of clutter and I came across 3 bags of shirts and figured why not . I am so happy I did ad would do it again .

From ordering, shipping, and receiving my t-shirt quilt, it was easy every step of the way! I LOVE how my quilt turned out and can't wait to use it for years to come! It was an early retirement gift to myself with all of the t-shirts I have accumulated over the years as a teacher. So many memories in one place now!

The blanket was so worth it!! I love being able to transform these memorable tshirts into a forever keepsake. The process was easy and worth the wait! The fabric was so soft and quality was well done. Ordering was easy even if it did take a little bit of preparation on my part.

I love the quilt. The only reason why I gave it four stars was the backing is not right it doesn’t lie flat.

IThe attention to detail on making sure the design of the t- shirt was centered and fit is amazing. My husband loves his gift of the quilt- using his shirts that were too large for him just collecting dust. This is such a great idea to repurpose his shirts. It is such a beautiful piece.
