Our company has used InstantCard for our team's identification badges for several years. Their site is easy to navigate and creating cards is simple. The cards are typically processed in one day and mailed as per our preference. On the very rare occasion we need assistance, representatives are professional, available and helpful.

Service is always great. Cards arrive on schedule. The website is a bit dated and a little hard to navigate at times, Somethings have to be done by support, so not fully automated. But those are just aesthetics. Otherwise, no problems.

Glitchy batch uploading and unresponsive customer support
Managing employee ID badges through InstantCard is exhausting. Their CSV template for bulk uploads regularly triggers unhelpful syntax errors without telling you which row caused the issue. When we submitted a support ticket to fix a printing alignment error on 50 badges, it took them four business days just to reply with a generic stock answer.
