No Pink Background Please!!!
Hello InstantCard,
Normally we are please with our orders of badges and/or access IDs. This time the last 2 we received had a pink background, when it should have been white or off white. The submitted order didn't have a pink background when sent for processing. These appear way less professional than a badge or ID should appear. Other than that our experience is normally good.

Easy to use and navigate
Make it easier to upload, replace, and adjust staff photos, especially when editing existing card orders. Provide more flexibility in adjusting photos, logos, and other design elements. Allow users to easily make corrections to employee information and photos, even after an order has been submitted, whenever production status allows and it include punched holes as a standard option or make this feature easier to select during ordering.

Not sure what happened that is different, but the most recent card sent to us does not work with our door system. We have tried and tried to program the card but it does nothing. The ease of ordering is great, just now have a card that doesn't work. Please help

Instant Card is the best. They care. They do an amazing job. They work super fast, and did I mention that they care? We’re talking over 300 cards, all different requiring specific QR codes, some with holograms, and it was down within 24 hours. Furthermore, they “decided” without being prompted, to reduce the price by two dollars a card. This is the best company to use for anything card printing related.
