Nic Gomez is always great and he makes…

Nic Gomez is always great and he makes sure he communicates and connects. Moving forward he will be my only POC. Others that have tried have not been very pleasant but Nick even fixes their mistakes. He’s the best and the only person I’m willing to partner with!

I had a very good experience with Merchant One. The staff was helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. They answered my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would recommend Merchant One to other business owners.

Mr Bello was understanding

Mr Bello was understanding of my situation. He gave me his extension so I can double check with him in August if my refunds have not been processed by the 2nd week. For the 3rd time I was told my account has been cancelled. Hopefully this time it sticks!

Abraham did an amazing job

Abraham did an amazing job he was very patient and he was very thorough and he helped me step by step and when I needed help he sent me links directly to what I need to solve and he stayed on the call with me and I really appreciate that the one thing that I could criticize is the waiting period while I was on hold for the for the call in the first agent other than that Abraham did an amazing job

Ray was fantastic

Ray was fantastic. I have been working towards solving multiple problems with Merchant One accounts. Ray figured out where the problems came from and has solved one of them and is working on the other. Ray is profesional and very quick at figuring out what to do to help client with issues.
