I am sold completed the sale of my Mum’s property via auction in less than two weeks. Despite multiple issues with the property they encouraged us that the property would sell. Ray and the team kept us updated throughout and have made the entire experience of selling our old family home effortless. Really pleased I went with I am sold. Ema Tang was fabulous. Supporting me through some testing moments when things cropped up and got a little stressful. She was super friendly and I felt listened to and that she had my best interest. Thank you getting it all over the line as promised.

There were initial issues setting up my profile (their IT) so I was not able to bid on a property and whilst this business model denies the seller of the best price as at 4.5% percent buyer fee (which is a massive fee paid to this company) one would obviously ensure all the due diligence was done.... I had expressed a serious interest, opened a file with my solicitor, got my architect to draw up the plans with some improvements I was going to make and this company did not have the decency to call me up to say the seller was considering an offer and it went sold subject to contract behind my back ' cake and eat it ' springs to mind..... it's either a transparent auction and it was explained to me everybody gets equal opportunity or it's a back room deal...... it can be both

I would never sell nor would I never buy with this company be it with the extortionate fees and agents getting paid up front I see why they do, but that's certainly isn't in the best interest of buyer and seller / market in my humble view.
