I receive the ticket a few days before the concert and their customer service responded to my messages in a timely manner. I have recommended Hellotickets to friends.

Waiting for my tickets to be released 24 hours before the event takes place can be very stressfull. Especialy if we need to travel from the Netherlands to London for the concert.

Once tickets were issued, I send an email to the advised whatsapp number in the confirmation. This service agent from ticket support so called "Vinamara' gave me really bad support.
I complained about seats with restricted view while I did not order these. Vinamara told me that I ordered these specific seats. I send a screenshot of my orderconfirmation I received in which no area, row and seat is confirmed to me.

I found about my seats the day before take off to London.

The agent stopped reacting to my questions while I was still being polite.

I will never order any ticket via Hello Tickets anymore. Once I paid for my ticket, it is fair enough if you receive your ticket direct after payment (which was for sure not a cheap ticket).

Yes the tickets were expensive but as a last minute decision it was to be expected. They came a couple of days before the event and were live Ticketmaster ones so I knew they could be trusted. Amazing seats, views and concert. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and quick reply. I had some concerns about only receiving one ticket however after sending an email to Heelotickits my mind was put at ease as I had several emails throughout the process of getting my remaining tickets.

I used Hellotickets to purchase tickets for BTS in London on the 7th July. I was aware the tickets could come on the day and so I asked for the tickets to be sent to my son's email in case they were sent as we traveled to London.
We were contacted via WhatsApp on the day by someone who we could not verify as being from Hellotickets who sent internet links. When we asked Hellotickets to verify, they asked for a screenshot. They then said they would look into it. That was the last we heard. We wanted to wait for verification as my son had been informed earlier this year that there had been a data breach. We ended up buying tickets from another company and thankfully managed to see them.

Great customer service. A little dubious at first after being scammed by another company. Any questions I asked were responded to quickly and efficiently

Overpriced tickets for Def Leppard concert at The O2, with completely obstructed view of the stage screens by overhanging equipment. There was no warning of the obstructed view when purchasing the tickets.
I had paid premium price for bad seats.
I have raised a complaint through Hello Tickets, but they have not responded.

I bought tickets for the Def Leppard concert at The O2 this month. The virtual tickets did not work, due to an error with The O2 app. So I had to collect the hard copy tickets. The price of the seat was displayed on the ticket as £55 + £3.25 fees, VAT included. I was shocked as I had paid £156 per seat.
Our seats were second row from the top of the arena, and the view of the stage screens was completely obstructed by the overhanging speakers, lights, and structural hanging bar.
I have contacted HelloTickets, and sent them a video of our view, but they do not respond.
Avoid buying from this platform.

Several reasons for this score:
1. the booking fees are extortionate. I booked 4 tickets for the F1 Silverstone. I did not pay attention when booking but they charged USD 200/ticket for a booking fee. that is outrageous
2. they keep sending 'updates' that are not really updates. Tickets are ultimately sent directly by Silverstone and not via Hellotickets and there is no 'tracking' of the status.
3. I ordered 'race day / sunday' tickets only. However when the tickets came through, it included Fri/Sat. I am sure i booked only sunday but clearly i paid for all three days so the website is not clear & also with regards to booking fees.
It is not a scam per se but it is definately not very transparant and i will never be buying tickets from them again.

Great experience,We had tickets to see a gig in Berlin but couldn’t access them via ticketmaster . I got a speedy response from hello tickets . They gave great instructions then got my tickets resent to me without asking . It was very much appreciated we all had travelled from Scotland and had a great night . Thank you
