I bough two tickets for The weeknd concert in Hellotickets Platform. I never had them and never had a refund. It is a total scam. Avoid them.

Underhanded
I feel tricked after being guided to use them through a link on an Amsterdam tips website.
They add on fees for tickets you can get direct cheaper by appearing on the top of your search or hiding links on websites.

Dopo 2 MESI non ho ricevuto NESSUN biglietto. La loro ricevuta dice "garantiti e riceverai in tempo". Nella realtà rispondono "i fornitori li rilasciano il giorno dell'evento".
Ho 2 fratture al piede sinistro con certificato medico. Ho bisogno URGENTE dei biglietti per Wembley Access Team per ingresso disabili e ascensore, come prevede la legge UK Equality Act 2010. Senza biglietti Wembley non può aiutarmi.
Peggio: le loro mail reclami@ e legal@ rimbalzano = non hanno nemmeno un canale assistenza. Rispondono solo scaricando la colpa su Wembley.
Risultato: Ho pagato, ho piede rotto, non ho biglietti e rischio di perdere €316 + concerto.

I have 2 fractured toes with medical certificate. I URGENTLY need tickets for Wembley Access Team for disability entry/lift under UK Equality Act 2010. Without tickets, Wembley cannot help me.
WORSE: Their complaints@ and legal@ emails bounce = NO customer service. Only reply is "contact Wembley".
Result: Paid, disabled, no tickets, risk losing €316 + concert.
AVOID. Chargeback opened with bank for "goods not received".
UNRELIABLE SELLER + DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION.

We bought tickets for a Harry Styles…
We bought tickets for a Harry Styles concert in Amsterdam and paid €600 for them. We also traveled there with our family and spent around €3,000 in total on the trip, only to be told shortly before the concert that the tickets would arrive later and that they were “working hard to help us.”
After several attempts to get a proper answer or support, we never received the tickets at all. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the amount of money, time, and planning involved for our family trip.

Everything worked out well, no issues at all. Communication good, got out tickets in time.
But it is quite unnerving to get the tickets only hours before the booked activity. You really need to have faith when you book flights, rental car and hotel room without having the tickets to the event you actually want to attend. But still, everything went well.

Overinflated prices, not worth
I wouldn't even want to give it one star. I bought tickets for Rosalia's concert at 5 times higher price, just to have to sell them at massive loss. What seems to me is that this is a place where people who have time to sit in queues and finally get tickets at normal prices sell them to those who truly want to go to the concerts for an absolutely inflated price, without the possibility to withdraw from the buy. Their service is inexistent, I assume robots only. Never again & don't let yourselves be fooled.

I purchased a ticket for the Linkin park
I purchased a ticket for the Linkin Park concert at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne, on March 8, 2026 (Reference #1980385) through Hellotickets.
The ticket was never delivered to me, even though the event has already started. I contacted Hellotickets multiple times, but they were unable to provide the ticket or a valid explanation.
