I ordered a taxi from the hospital and was with a friend. When the taxi arrived, my friend put e-scooter in the trunk. On the way, we asked to stop for 5 minutes to collect our bags from the house and continue to the ordered location. We went out to get our things and I returned with the bags 2 minutes later, but the taxi driver disappeared with our things (e-scooter, personal bag, jacket).
He canceled the order so I wouldn't be able to see his car number. The driver name was Sory Ibrahima. Heetch did not provide any support and the company does not even have a phone number to call in an emergency. You will have to write messages to which you will receive standard responses. Never use this taxi, no one will help you in an emergency.

FRAUDULENT APPLICATION AND PERFECT FOR SCAMMERS. I request a Heetch from Brussels airport to a hotel in the central area. After many cancellations, a driver accepts the trip, calls me to confirm my location, and I get in the car. The car was not the one registered, it had Bolt's sticker, but the driver's photo was the same. In the middle of the way, on the road, the driver starts complaining that I didn't pay for the trip, being that it was in credit card mode and it was pre-debited from my account. I showed the driver, and he kept insisting that I did not select a card. In order not to be abandoned in the middle of the road I said I would pay cash at the hotel. However, suddenly another ride appeared on my Heetch, with another driver. As if another driver had just picked me up at the airport and was taking me to another location. As a result, in order not to be abandoned in the middle of the street at late hours, I paid for the trip with this driver in cash (who probably never activated the start of the race, must have cancelled it in the middle of the route, chose the most isolated place on the way to start shouting and threatening me so that I would pay in cash and he would not even report this trip), and then Heetch charged me for the trip with another driver that I never did (and which is easily verified with gps).

Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can drivers refuse you?! No matter the distance… a customer pays !

Received a promo that said complimentary ride for the day. Was charged anyway and had to get out of the car after on block bc the driver smelled horrible and was blowing his nose into a tshirt. They tried to reimburse me with credits. Just ridiculous all around.

Tried to contact the support with a question.

Got one sentence replies from two agents using passive-aggressive language. And then they just marked my request as solved and stopped replying.

I have never seen anything like this.

SCAM - DO NOT USE

This company charges people for rides they never did. It is almost impossible to prove this and get your money back.

The diver left me four kilometers away from the indicated address at the end of a dead end lane, in a town four kilometers away from the address indicated. Total incompetence. CONMEN. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OUTSIDE OF LARGE TOWNS. IF YOU CAN USE OTHER SERVICES DO SO.

Probably the best fares in Paris, with a decent service and a good app, that’s all we ask!
